I specifically booked this hotel because it listed a pool and hot tub, neither of which were available for my stay. I checked lated, for a return trip - still unavailable.

Excelente opción, gran precio/calidad. Hotel en grandes condiciones. Muy buen desayuno. Recomendable al 100%.

Good & Clean

It was a simple one night place to stay.

The main issue was that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. I specifically reserved this hotel because of these amenities and to show up and find out that we could not use them was very disappointing. Even when I called ahead to confirm the reservation, there was no mention of these amenities not being available. It could have easily been mentioned by the person on the phone. After the fact, there should have at least been a discount applied for such an inconvenience. The room itself was ok and I will give a thumbs up for their breakfast. The lady running the breakfast was very nice and kept all the food very fresh and it all tasted pretty good. Just very frustrated about the lack of communication with the staff and no offer of a discount. Will not return.

HOT TUB AND POOL OUT OF ORDER

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean. Pool closed the last day with no warning.

We stay here at least once a year, when we travel to Massachusetts from Kentucky. Overall, it’s a great experience. Hotel is conveniently located off the highway. Plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub did not have the jets working on our last trip, but it didn’t affect being able to use them. We had a minor issue with our booking, as we had changed our dates to be one day earlier, and even though we had changed it through Expedia, they apparently didn’t notify the property. Thankfully this was easily resolved by the very helpful front desk staff. The breakfast isn’t great, but it’s free, so I can’t complain too much. Parking is well lit, and plentiful.

Clean and comfortable beds large room, great breakfast but driving up the PA mountains can be a challenge with steap hills and windy roads. Staff was pleasant and we enjoyed our short stay overall.

The breakfast had great variety and was delicious. All staff members (housekeeping, food service, front desk) were both friendly and professional. There was an issue with the hot tub: the jets weren’t working. They had placed a notice, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Easy access from the interstate. Rooms are large and clean.

The stay was very relaxing and clean property. We traveled with two kids. The breakfast was delicious. The pool could have been bit more clean.

The place was clean and the people very friendly. I made a special request for my grandson and they went above and beyond to make it happen!! He was so happy!

I like the people there they were very nice and helpful. The pillows are to small. With me having to sleep on a 30 degree angle for the rest of my life . The pillows were way to small so next time I'll bring my own.
