The pool was not working and closed. The elevator and hallways were kind of dirty.

This hotel is very conveniently located to everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk recommended a great place to eat.

Front desk staff apologized for room not cleaned. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned.

Bed was super comfy & the staff was professional & cheerful. I also loved the soap & shampoo & conditioner & body lotion they had as a permanent fixture in the bathroom. The scent was amazing. I used that instead of the stuff I packed from home. The only thing I was bummed out about was the breakfast. Everything else was great. They had eggs that were like the egg circles on the breakfast sandwiches & not scrambled like regular hotel breakfasts. They also did not have the normal hotel breakfast oatmeal. Instead it was oatmeal packets & hit water. The shower water pressure was not that great either. I have long hair so it took forever to rinse it.

Location fine, breakfast not good, English muffin with stale eggs had no taste. The room had cracked bathroom tile hole in the tub. The hall carpets were dirty and multiple places needed a refresh desperately. The pool area was also dirty on the tiles.

The only down side was apparently from other guests that dropped their trash in parking area and around outdoor grill area. Trash, cig butts in planter, empty beer bottles and food products in grass and gravel. Unless he staff goes behind said guests on a regular basis to clean up. They should not have too. It’s just people (guests) that don’t care!
