It was warm There need to be a new pillows – they have an odor. And the breakfast needs an upgrade. I’m not submitting a five star rating.

Drafts around doors… King size bedrooms should have 2 chairs for 2 quests .. heating unit broke twice in 12 hrs and it was 3 hrs till heat(19 degrees outside) finally they moved us to another room and the new floors were lifting up and cracking sounds when stepping on them…phones in both rooms were not working…(Trip hazard) Electric sockets and plugs are a fire hazard… Lamps have non-working plugs and USB.. no screw caps to hold lampshades from moving… only one lightbulb in two sockets lamp which has exposed socket…Internet service was terrible ( on-off-on-off most of the time) Etc .Etc…………. Oh parking lot have bad potholes!

Evening checking offered me a first floor room. Room was clean. Comfortable accommodation

Cereal, coffee, adequate. Breakfast rolls were fair. Desk clerks were cordial. It was handy to has a decent restaurant attached to the motel.

Prompt, courteous service Shower fixtures need repaired

quick check in, staff polite tv in one room didnt work. Forgot something in a room couldn't call as phone didn't work. Rather inconvenient to stop back on way home.

Price was ok. Couldn't hear phone in room. Had to get help to get tv to work. Shower leaked down wall onto floor. When my wife got out of shower she almost fell because of the water on the floor. Dingy setting.

It was close to the highway There was no Wi-Fi, the breakfast was very poor, 2 doors down from us there were people outside their room with a large tv and BBQ outside cooking, the front staff was not very helpful, it would have been nice to have in room coffee, the property just gave off a weird vibe like people were living there full time

EXTREMELY LOUD. No sleep til it ends.Can't adjust room temperature, is a bit chilly.

Comfortable - good location near a good restaurant Occupied disability unit - bathroom shower and floor VERY SLIPPERY when wet - no place to put personal items near sink

Hotel room was terrible. 1st room, the shower was falling out of the wall. Got moved to a 2nd room and toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the toilet wasn't bolted to the ground and would tip forward when you sit on it. Will most likely NOT stay here again.
