Everyone was very nice and location good The daily parking fee of 30 dollars is a crime. Why on earth would you pay for parking when you are a resident. This has put us off coming back to our favourite redort. Also paying extra for breakfast when it should be an option on booking.

The poolside bar closed at 5 or 6 pm. The music turned off before that. The beaches close at sunset. This place sucks. Maybe not the hotel itself but the way it’s managed. I felt like I was in the twilight zone.

Location Room smelled musty. Air conditioner didn’t work right. Noisy. room was very humid. Although my profile requests to be way from elevator we were placed right next to it and the noise from it wasn’t not good.

Everything was wonderful! I really enjoyed my stay and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the resort was beautiful, and I especially appreciated the little touches that made my birthday feel special. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was amazing from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, clean, and so relaxing, and we truly enjoyed every moment we spent here. We made such wonderful memories and were honestly sad to leave. We would definitely love to come back again!
