Residence Inn by Marriott Clearwater Beach

It didn’t say while making the reservation that there was a charge for parking, I ended up paying about $42 plus tax per day. I didn’t appreciate that hidden fee.

This was my family‘s first vacation to Clearwater, Florida, and we will definitely be going back. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We unfortunately did not have a balcony in our room, but the views through the window to the golf were great would highly recommend this hotel and we will be going back in the near future

Très bel emplacement , personnel agréable, la seule chose qui me dérange c’est les sofas et le mobilier dans la chambre , sont vieux et match pas avec l’endroit.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!

Definitely not what we expected. The hotel can't handle a busy weekend and facilities are not the greatest. A very small pool not enough for the hotel capacity. There is not enough tables for breakfast, you feel you are in the hunger games. They provided one blanket for a room for 4. Not enough towels. We requested towels at 3 o'clock and by 10 pm nothing.

Great place to stay in Clearwater. Wish we’d done more than one night to make the most of the facilities. We stayed as a one night stay during our visit to Disney World. Hotel was very close to the beach / marina. Hotel staff very friendly. The queen suite was much bigger than expected, would be ideal for a short stay with the kitchen area too. The bars nearby had music playing loudly until around 11pm, just something to bear in mind if you have younger children.

Parking was 40$ a night. That surprise was spring on us at check-in. They ran out of beach towels so no towels for us. The salt and pepper shakers in the rooms just had a few packets in them. Also it says waterfront- not beachfront. A little disappointed with these things. The hotel was nice and clean. Conveniently located. The staff was nice.

The hotel was unclean and poorly maintained. Housekeeping standards were inadequate, and the property appeared neglected. The room had a strong mold odor that was immediately noticeable upon entering. The smell was persistent and made the room unpleasant to stay in, raising concerns about cleanliness, moisture issues, and overall maintenance.

Great location, staff and amenities I booked the hotel in February for 2 rooms on July 28, 2026. I arrived at the hotel on said date and there was only one room, despite messaging and requesting the rooms be close together. The staff noted the Hotel`s mistake and made the necessary corrections. I was very pleased at the time. I checked out and received 2 receipts for the rooms. I returned home and checked my credit card statement to find I was charged for 3 total rooms. Now I have to spend time getting this corrected. Very disappointing.

Pretty happy with everything

Pool, terrace, bar, gym were all in excellent condition and well mintained. Our room was clean, modern and a perfect size for myf amily of 4. The hotel was everything we could have asked for and made our trip to clearwater amazing. Would 100% stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent (black beans were delicious). Lots of food options. The environment was family friendly, calm, good service. Pool and seating area was good and sufficient for stays during the afternoon and night. Hotel rooms were good enough. The pull out couches could use a big improvement (the mattress felt broken and springs were popping out). The King Bed was great. I'd stay in a bigger bedroom text time with two adults and two kids. Valley parking staff were great and courteous. I liked the location which was across the street from the beach and other restaurant and beside Surf Style clothing and convenience store. Very central and convenient.

Vieux sofa enfoncé. Pas de café à la réception sauf pendant les heures du petits déjeuner. Ils m'ont dit appelle nous si tu as besoin de quoi que ce soit. J'ai appelé pour demander quelque chose et personnes n'est venu! Parcontre lit et literies est bien.

$41 a night regardless if you valet park or not. Thats ridiculous when ive already paid for a room. Website doesn't tell you that it's $41 a night no matter how you park
