Found it exactly as expected, fair for what we paid. Breakfast was only make your own waffles, a few stale donuts, nothing else. Beds ok.

Location Surroundings were poor kept, promised breakfast and there was nothing and área not well cleaned up. Place promise,just need some love to it

This location is disappointing; my sheets are stained yellow, both beds are dirty, and there are beer caps and crackers under the beds. The room and property do not match the images posted. I have been misled. Nothing drove four hour after a 7 hour shift to be stuck here very uncomfortable lord plz help me through this night

Nice safe area for me and my family not to expensive and great location Pool could be a little bigger

I did not sray. Was not comfortable with room.

The pool was clean and we were able to be accommodated to the first floor when originally we were supposed to be on the 2nd floor. I stood there for 5 mins before staff greeted me, the ice machine didn’t work, my room was full of spider webs, my room smelt like cigarette smoke.

I did like not did I feel safe for me and my child to stay there. They would give back my money. Had a broke down RV lobby had a bad smell one bed was dirty I will never stay there again.

Location good Bit shabby and tired looking

No bugs at all in the room!!, and we looked. Had a swimming pool, hot breakfast, rooms didn't smell, AC blew cold air, dish network and 24 hour coffee. No complaints

Not sleeping outside, after taxes and fee you would have spent only $100 per night Location nice, but good 25 min drive to get to Disney or Orange County Convention Center, grounds not pretty and rooms smell of mode and the breakfast was a joke had slices of white bead on a tray as if they were croissants.

Nothing Dirty terrible beds very old. Carpet old dirty. Toilet leaked bad in one unit.did not stay for breakfast just old where out not cared for

Did what it needed and comfy beds

Location for the lacrosse tournament my son was attending. The photos for the hotel on this site are misleading. Rooms are a lot smaller than the photos indicated. The property isn’t well kept. The hotel needs to be updated. We stayed two days. We did not receive new towels when we left for the day. Beds were not made or sheets changed. The location was the only positive we experienced.
