Clean rooms, king and queen suite plenty big enough for our family of 5, pools and Waterpark, nice arcade, plenty of restaurants around the area, not far from disney/seaworld/universal. We had a good time would recommend 👌

We loved everything and had a wonderful time. The towels and all the accommodations were excellent. The rooms were very clean, and everything was in great condition. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

When I reported to the manager he agreed they were wrong and issued a refund it’s been 5 days no refund I will never go back there again sad because I kinda liked the place.. they need more experience workers or legit ones … kind of scamming in a way

Thankful for the stay. I asked for a room and ended up getting a accessible room that had one bathroom with a tub and sink that leaked. Hair was in the tub. My 11 year old was not happy about that part. The room was. a nice size, but I hope they have the housekeepers to go back and do a double take for cleanliness and maintenance issues/leaks.

Some of the stuff are getting old. The shower faucet handle barely work, it is loose. The worse part is how thin the ceilings are. I could hear people walking upstairs. Someone was walking all over the place until 2am and kept me awake

Our 4th of July weekend celebration was wonderful. Everything from the suite to the many amenities was beautifully organized and maintained. Such a family friendly atmosphere. And as usual the staff was amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

The staff was not helpful, and our experience was extremely disappointing. When you check in, they strongly encourage you to sign up for a timeshare presentation. We were told that, in exchange for attending, we would receive a free stay at any Hilton property and a late checkout. Since the presentation was scheduled for the morning of our departure, we were promised a checkout time of 12:30 p.m. instead of the normal 10:30 a.m. We attended the presentation as agreed. After returning, we spent some time at the pool because we believed we still had two hours before checkout. While we were there, our room key stopped working, leaving all of our belongings locked inside the room. I called the front desk and also went to the office in person to explain that we had fulfilled our obligation and had been promised a late checkout. The only assistance they offered was sending security to let us into our room so we could collect our belongings. They showed no concern or willingness to honor what their own concierge staff had promised. We were told the concierge “didn’t send the email they were supposed to,” but that should not have become our problem. Traveling with a 6- and 7-year-old made the situation even more stressful. Instead of honoring the additional two hours we had been promised, we were forced to rush to pack and leave. This experience left a very negative impression. We’ve stayed at Hilton properties many times in the past, but after this experience we won’t be returning.

We had 11 people 2 ajoined rooms.We called often for amenities they were very prompt. Was disappointed by the mini golf because it wasnt open for most of our stay.Nor was there anyone there every time we checked.Room was nice and clean. We visited activity center it was ok.Overall was an ok stay.They really need to be more on top of the activities in my opinion.The pool was closed due to lightening many times. The communication was lacking for the closings of pools. One pool opened an hour before the other during the storm and we weren't aware.

Es muy buen sitio para vacacionar en familia, lo único por mejorar es que la limpieza la hacen cada tercer día y es muy regular.

The resort once stood out for its full staff presence, certified lifeguards, security at the entrance, and a well-maintained lake (pond), which is now dirty and poorly kept. One of my biggest concerns involved the elevator emergency system. My 2-year-old accidentally pressed the emergency button twice. Instead of speaking to someone directly, we only heard a recorded message stating someone would get back to us. We waited in the elevator for about three minutes explaining it was an accident, but no one responded and no emergency personnel were contacted. It raised serious concerns about what would happen in a real emergency. There were also safety issues at the pool. My son found several broken tiles, including one about half the size of a standard tile. We reported it immediately, but no action was taken to secure the area during our stay. Our first room (942E) had multiple maintenance problems. The toilet nearly overflowed and required two visits from maintenance. The Samsung washing machine also failed to drain, running for over two hours. Although maintenance attempted repairs and said it would be replaced, the issue recurred, leaving my grandchildren’s bed sheets soaked. We were later moved to room 844EF, This vacation was very disappointing

Me gustó la estancia en general, solo que hubo unos cargos que no estaban acordados, no sé si fue porque hice la reservación por medio de expedía. Lo otro fue que por un poco de lluvia nos sacaban y cerraron por mucho tiempo.

The rooms were very clean and well equipped and the pools were amazing!

Room was clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the water park even though it was closed most of the day due to thunderstorms. When they were finally able to get in, they had a great time. Haven't been here since it was liki tiki but still just as great as it was then. Will definitely be going back.
