Hilton Vacation Club Aqua Sol Orlando West

This resort will not be up to the standards you'd normally expect from Hilton. Resort fees/parking over $30 a day. SUPER pushy and uncomfortable sales pitch at check in to tour other resorts. Rooms not clean - the most disgusting floors we've ever encountered. Ants alllll over the kitchen. When brought to the attention of the staff, was told "lots of bugs in Florida". We live in Florida and don't have ants all over our kitchen... be careful at night. Encountered racoons right outside our door because of full trashcans by the elevators! Main pool with restaurant had little seating and few umbrellas. Food quality really poor and expensive.

We had a 2 bd rm. It was nice. We had a 2 bd rm. I paid for a lake view upgrade. Our lake view was the back of the restaurant by the water park and a dirty lake. I couldn't enjoy the balcony because I didn't want to look at the back of the restaurant.

Every staff member was very nice and polite, and helpful with any questions we had. The room was very clean and we had plenty of towels without even asking for them. It was very quiet and we loved the pools and arcade area. The food and drinks at the bar and grill was very delicious. I was thankful that our balcony was screened in, didn’t want any bugs around me😁. Only issue I had was that they should send a text/call when the pools are closed😞. Also, they should really think about adding a lazy river.

Full equipped apartment with modern furnitures and appliances. Pools, Small water park for kids. Resort had vibe similar to Caribbean resorts. Very good location. We went to Animal Kingdom (15 minutes drive). Around 20 to 25 minutes drive from Disney Springs. On site restaurant, pool bar. Restaurants and Publix nearby. Although we stayed there only two nights we really enjoyed it and we see us staying there longer next time. Nothing

The property was huge. I liked that there were three different pools. Loved the fire pits by the pool and lake. The rooms were spacious. Loved that there was 2 separate bathrooms and had a jacuzzi like tub in the master bedroom. Loved the balancy. Loved the activities center where you can do arts and crafts. Loved the Laguna like pool with slides.

A lovely clean apartment, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen.

The pools My son got bit by a spider Saturday morning when everyone woke up on Sunday morning all the rest of kids and my wife were bitten by bugs like it was bedbugs in the room or something. Definitely not happy would not stay there again would like a refund.

Clean rooms

Everything, location was so convenient, staff was so nice. There is so much to do at the facility The only issue when we booked it did not inform us about a deposit. It did let us know about parking fee and that was all but the front desk staff explained and made it right. We will definitely return.

Great staff. Pool was great many options. Water park is great for the kids. Good food and food options. One recommendation would be to improve the process for reserving dinner reservations.
