The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando

The waterpark and spring pools were amazing, it was definitely worth the stay, the problems I had was the room that we were in, the bathrooms had sticky tiles & water & brown stuff was coming up out of the sticky tiles. We had staff check it out and they said there was nothing that they can do all the units all had that problem, it felt embarrassing and nasty having to use perfectly white towels for the brown water. But the dispatch lady was very helpful and sweet when she was hearing out our concerns. Also we are big coffee fans and the single use kerig did not work at all, after maintenance had checked that out as well, they told us it wasn’t there responsibility nor their problem it was housekeeping but our 3 night stay, housekeeping never came, so it really did suck. The place was over all beautiful. But would we come again probably not I wasn’t really happy paying over $1000 for a 3 bedroom condo with this issues we had and even how long it took housekeeping to bring extra towels for the floors and blankets and sheets for the pull out, it took two hours to get our stuff. But whoever reads this, try it but we are a one and done after all we gone through.

I had the family suite. Very clean and spacious. I had a view of back patio and walking path. The staff was very helpful. Room temperature was adjustable and it had fans in room.

We had a great time overall! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the water park was a lot of fun for the whole family. My only suggestion would be to add more cabanas and umbrellas at the water park. There wasn’t enough shaded seating, especially during busy hours, and having more options would make the experience much more comfortable for guests. We would definitely visit again.

Location by Austin lake was stunning - booked room with superior view

Room was missing a few items, but were provided soon after making a call. The furniture is a bit dated and the couch was stained terribly. Hallways and interior walking areas were not as clean but the grounds of the property were immaculate. My kids enjoyed all of the amenities- arcade, pool, and water park. It was a reasonable accommodation for the price paid. Even with the aforementioned, I would be willing to stay again just for the spacious size of the room, stayed in a 3bdrm, 3 bath suite.

Clean space. We enjoyed our stay!

I traveled from New Jersey with my children to celebrate their graduation, and we chose this resort for its family-friendly amenities and water park. Unfortunately, three straight days of thunderstorms and heavy rain kept the water park closed, so my children could not enjoy one of the main reasons we booked. I also have a child on the autism spectrum, and being stuck indoors for several days was especially difficult for him. I hoped the resort would show some understanding and offer flexibility or even a small gesture of goodwill, but instead I felt dismissed. The customer service was also disappointing. When I contacted the front desk about issues with my unit, I was told they could provide cleaning supplies but would not send anyone to clean it. I was shocked that, as a paying guest, I was expected to handle it myself. Cleanliness was another concern. I found dust and dirt in the unit, which made it feel neglected. After speaking with management, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously and no effort was made to accommodate my family after several days of disruptions. I understand that weather is beyond the resort’s control, but customer service, cleanliness, and guest treatment are not. My family did not feel valued or respected during our stay. I will not be returning to The Grove Resort, and I cannot recommend it to other families.

The property was Ok, for the price it should’ve been a little bit better. The first night was pretty rough, the smoke detector in the master bedroom kept going off all night, the Tv in the Master Bedroom wasn’t working, one of the rooms was missing the remote. Woke up the next morning and the Kurieg wasn’t working, asked for a new one, it took them all day before I had to go to the front desk and let them know that it hadn’t been fixed. The toilets were acting up and not flushing properly. The only thing that was good about this place is the Waterpark

Nuestra estadía este fin de semana fue muy buena. El hotel estaba limpio, las habitaciones eran cómodas y todo se encontraba en buen estado. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. Disfrutamos mucho de las instalaciones y del ambiente familiar. Nice pools rooms a bit outdated

Very bad experience staying at this hotel. Outside view looking good, but inside is totally different. The resort has small, dark, and confusing hallway that made us get lost every time we try to go to lobby or pools, elevators are far, old, out of date. And very understaffed front desk. This place not crowded like Las Vegas hotels, but the staff guy pretended like it so busy, by keeping us wait more than 6 hours to check in, even we know we came early and pre-checked, but other guests came later than us even got checked in many hours before us! This staff service is terrible. The power in 1 room got turned off the day 2, called them to fix, and TV service also out of date, old channels, no any streaming app like You Tube or Netflix, we feel like the TV service is 20 years ago, not matching with the brand Hotels & Resort at all. Very stressful, uneasy feeling and couldn't enjoy the stay here. We finally decided to check out earlier and booked another hotels so it not ruin our vacation by staying at this place. Only one thing get credit is the waterpark and pools. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
