The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando

Enjoyed the stay with my family to celebrate the birthday of my kids. They have a water park that is worth spending a day. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is nice and is equipped to cook if you want to. You have to bring the supplies. Make sure to bring drinking water and coffee pods. The parking was also very convenient

They have the earliest check out i have ever seen. The check out is at 10am which makes your morning so hectic and not pleasant

The resort does bot provide a full room clean , instead they do an amenity refresh. For a full cleaning you would have to pay an additional fee. Staff were helpful. Waterpark was really good, despite the lovebugs.

It’s a wonderful place to enjoy whit your kids and family, we found everything that we were looking for a unforgettable time out of the house and we will came back again to continue enjoying this place, we love the grove resort and my little kid had the best birthday celebration on the water park

Rooms never cleaned or touched up during our stay. Hallways never vacuumed. Not enough towels in a room. No place to hang up towels. No hand towel by bathroom sinks. Problems with our washer. Shower curtain was broke and never replaced. Room looked overly worn. Painted over damaged. Noticed walking through property to another building looked a lot cleaner. Closest to check in. Pool area. Water park you had to pay for some stuff even though was considered free with stay. Lazy river was dirty.

Overall not a bad experience. However there’s opportunities for improvement. There were bugs and love bugs everywhere. No sort of maintenance to help mitigate the issue. Water park could be better preserved as well.

We always LOVE our stays at The Grove Resort and WaterPark. I was traveling with six friends and we had a blast. We had another group staying with us in a different room and their room and hallway was completely filthy. It was in a different wing and it seemed no one else was on that wing. However, every stay we have ever had in the three room suites has been superb. It is so helpful having a washer and dryer to wash our swim gear before traveling on to the next stop. The waterpark closed due to lightning, but they did reopen even though they could have stayed closed since it was about an hour before closing time when they reopened. They have a text thread that the resort opens on arrival and it is amazing being able to use that during your stay. We got lost a couple times because the place is so big lol. Make sure you reference the map :)

Rooms are really clean. The water park is awesome for both adults and kids in the party. We also spend some time at the arcade and played glow in the dark golf the kids really enjoyed it. Over all the property is really big and clean with a lot of things to do to spend your day at the hotel.

To be fair, once we finally reached management, both managers I spoke with were amazing. They listened, took our concerns seriously, & did their best to make things right. Each ultimately comped a night, so we appreciate the resort acknowledging the issues. Unfortunately, it took multiple calls & a lot of persistence to get there. We received an upgrade due to our higher-tier Expedia membership, but honestly, the “upgrade” felt like a downgrade. Losing 2 days of a 5-day family vacation dealing with room issues was extremely disappointing. The waterpark was frequently closed due to weather, which was completely understandable. However, the indoor kids’ room was the only alternative we found. The employee there seemed unhappy to be there & firmly told us we were responsible for cleaning all the scattered toys, despite other children having used the room before & during our visit. We cleaned it, but it certainly wasn’t the welcoming experience we expected. I’m sure this isn’t the norm, but when a resort holds itself to a top-tier standard, I think honest feedback is warranted. The managers were excellent, but the overall service & condition of the room fell well below what we expected.

Exceptional

The property was great but our room was not up to par. It felt dirty and on our last day we found a dirty soiled diaper and a wet pair of children shorts behind the closet door. I was horrified as my kids don’t wear diapers. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the watermark.

Was a really nice room, very clean, kitchen washer dryer two bedroom the most comfortable bed,screened in balcony was great Had a little confusion as far as wait time and being seated and not attended too at the main restaurant forget the name

I love that you have everything you need there The activities are close to early, they need to do better with cleaning the rooms on the 6th floor in building 1 , and I came back home with bedbugs bites

Love the resort. Left blankets in the room and called back to return for pickup and the staff “couldn’t find them”

En cuanto me respecta me pareció un lugar bonito, sólo lo ocupamos para dormir claro está porque nos hospedamos con el fin de visitar los parques temáticos de Disney, sólo llegamos a dormir pero tenía lo suficiente y lo necesario para sufrirnos necesidades

My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, 6 and 9) had the best time at this resort. Our 2 room condo was so spacious and looked recently redone. The staff was so nice everywhere we went. The map makes the resort look huge but everything is in a walkable distance that isnt bad at all. We didnt have enough towels in our room the first night and they quickly fixed that for us. The pool area was so much fun for our kids with plenty of seating. It is nice to have the little market by the lobby too for anything you need.

Great location, Water park was amazing, Lazy river the highlight. Room smelt funny the entire stay.
