I really love taking my kids at summer bay for vacation and my kids always have a good time whenever they go.

We came here hoping for a great birthday trip, but this resort made it hard to enjoy anything. The amenities are advertised as a highlight, yet most kid activities close at 5pm — right when families are still at the pool. It feels intentionally restrictive. The movie theater also closes at 5pm, and even when no one else is there, they don’t let guests choose the movie.The arcade is unfair and eats your money, and the games don’t work properly. The zipline staff seemed annoyed to even be there, moved slowly, and shut down the attraction over lightning that was still 10 miles away. Our room was missing basic essentials: no pool towels, only two bath towels for four people, and no blankets for the sofa bed. Trying to get help was impossible because no one answers the front desk. I had to reach out to Expedia just to get someone to respond. Overall, this stay was frustrating from start to finish

This place was wonderful.. 10/10.. gated properties..you need to book this place!!!

This property was beautiful the condo was spacious and the pool area was very clean! Definitely will be back

Always a great time

Paul at the tiki bar and Will at big kahuna were awesome. There was also a very tall man at tiki bar that was nice as well. The girl who did Bingo and trivia was awesome! The only part that was terrible was the Karaoke guy with the bald head ( I forgot his name ) he been there for years but that guy was rude. Yelled at kids a few times and was not empathetic or kind at all. He needs to gets some training on empathy and customer engagement.

The rooms,polls The services was very poor,we have to wash our towels,provide our paper toilet,take the garbage out out, if we need a maid service it was extra, almost the same price of the room , bar was horrible and poor services,they don’t know how to make and was over charge , no body call us to see if we need assistance, well and some one try to convince me to don’t use booking any more use (trivago),on the a presentation, I was not happy about it.

Extra clean

The staff were lovely, very helpful and happy to help. We asked to change rooms as the first one we had assigned to us was quite run down and the living room chairs were old and dirty. They staff were very kind and quick to assign us a new room. We stayed here four years ago and really liked our room. However, we felt that the rooms were dark and run down compared to the photos and our previous stay. The pictures on booking.com were bright with white and blue furniture. However, both our rooms (as we asked to change from our first room) were dark brown and not quite what we were expecting. There were also pipe noises both nights around 4am which woke us up and the drains in the showers had a bad smell.

The site was maintained to a high standard so every thing was clean and well cared for . The security team on the gates were always welcoming day and night .When the smoke alarm started beeping the maintenance team changed the battery quickly . Our Villa was a welcome respite from a day at Disney . Having to leave at the end of our holiday !

We had a great stay, love all the amenities that the property provides. The bed in the master could be bigger (full size is not ideal for an adult man and women) and more comfortable.
