We had a good time everything was very nice access to the pools and ect will be visiting next time

The staff is great the whole facility and amenities are excellent the only thing is that the rooms need some updating the doors to the bathrooms get stuck on the door jam and the door handle easily can come off because of that. The showers and tub definitely need a makeover the panels have a messy caulk around them the drain to the tubs need to be replaced. Parking is great the rooms overall are clean they complimentary breakfast. They have restaurants and bars and pools you can use along with jet skis and cycle boats it’s a great place to getaway

The holiday inn has an amazing bathroom and a pleasant atmosphere, could use more wash clothes in the rooms. We were a family of 4 and only were given 3 wash clothes. I always had to ask for extra.

The staff were so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast is very good and had lots of variety. Our room was very comfortable, and the pool area was nice

Hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast was typical...cereal, oat meal, eggs, sausage etc.

The location and breakfast They said check in was at 3 pm had booked 4 rooms had arranged with them before hand to all be together but took us till 5 pm for them to give us rooms said it was because we wanted rooms near each other why didn't they have them ready knowing this in advance was given a attitude by who I believe was the GM she was extremely rude with me

This hotel can be better takin care of. The room was very dark and had no lights or lighting in it. We had to raise the window all the way up just for light.we asked for light and they didn't have any to provide. They tried moving us to another room and not only did it not have light it smell of mildow. I was not got to stay there the whole time smelling that so I stay in the first room. Need to do better.

After we checked in, a man approached us and asked if we had a car so he could provide us with a parking authorization. He then used that as an opportunity to start asking questions and offering us a presentation related to timeshares. I already knew what was coming, and at first I understood that this was part of a sales process. What made me very upset was what happened next. He started speaking in Spanish, apparently so the other front desk staff would understand, and said something along the lines of him paying rent there and therefore needing to charge us for parking. I immediately asked him, “Excuse me, are you trying to charge me for parking that is supposed to be free?” He then acted as if I was confused. Thankfully, my husband was standing next to me and understood the same thing I did. After that, I no longer felt comfortable. Of course, I declined the presentation and the offer of two free weeks, but the situation left me feeling like he was trying to take advantage of us or scam us. Again, the hotel itself was clean and the location was convenient. The rest of the staff was pleasant. My only concern is that the hotel should be more careful about who they allow on the property to approach guests and sell these types of offers. Guests should not feel pressured, misled, or uncomfortable immediately after checking in. I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Orlando-Clermont this weekend for 4 days and 3 nights. Lots of activities for the kids to do. Only issue was house keeping even though I requested it still didn’t got it. Good thing front desk has towels for guest.

Great location, clean room and facilities, good breakfast and excellent service.

I can use all the different pools and park in the facility breakfast is included the is clean the only thing that the room I had the bathroom door knob came off in my hand because the door jams other than that it was great

It's amazing for a quick one or two nights. Guest are able to use all the amenities at Summerbay Orlando by Exploria; they have multiple pools, two of which close at midnight with weekend entertainment. A Starbucks, two bars and grill, fireworks nightly. The breakfast is included with room, great if you're in a pinch, but they have a 24hr Denny's or many other restaurants down 192.
