The room was good, but there was no complementary water bottles provided. Free Parking place was available. Surrounding area was good. The included breakfast was too low, small variety and limited quantity. As for Holiday Inn it was below the standard, I stayed in far smaller hotel in other places where the breakfast options/menu was double of the size of what this hotel provided.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was nice and clean, but the amenities really impressed me the most. This hotel is in a gated resort, so you have access to the resorts multiple pools, water playground, regular playground, clubhouse with arcade games, pool tables, and the resort activities. There is a pool bar/ restaurant close to the clubhouse and I think a coffee shop too. It was nice that you didn't have to leave the property to go eat if you didn't want to. There is also a "adventure park" onsite that had ziplines and other activities. We did not try this so I am not sure if it is included in the amenities or an additional cost, but it looked really fun. The included hotel breakfast was good too. We only stayed for 2 nights, but would definitely come back again. I felt like it was a great value for everything you have access too. I did see on other websites that the "resort fee" for this hotel was a surprise at check in, but this was included in our expedia price which I appreciate.

It was super cute and modern and didn’t have the hefty price tag but give an amazing breakfast and usage of the entire resort! Needing to use a shuttle to get around the resort

The positives points of The Hotel was the localization and the size of the room. The room cleaning was terrible. When we arrived, there was dust on the floor and food residue on the phone. During the routine cleaning on other days, they only swept the room and mopped if you asked, and they barely emptied the trash. The bathtub faucet was falset. The breakfast was bad too. No much fruits and every day has the same options do eat.

We rented here not even know it was connected to a whole resort! Lots of things to do with multiple pools a bar and even mini golf all included! There was security at the entrance 24/7 and the room was great. The staff remade our sheets and changed the towels everyday.

The bad: pool is open from 7:00 am to only 7:00 pm. There are other pools but you have to drive to them. No coffee pot in the room. If you want coffee, you have to go to the main lobby. Not too bad if you are in building one, not so convenient if you are on the 4th floor in building two. Soap and shampoo that are provided are like “fun size” candy bars. Pull out couch, no sheets or blankets.

There was no one at the desk to check in for over 20 minutes. Then their computer system went down when they finally did show up. The desk staff were poorly trained and did not know how to print a receipt. The hairdryer did not work. The beverages in the refrigerant cooler were outdated and spoiled. Breakfast was sub par. Certainly not a place I would return to.

We LOVE staying at this property! Staff is always helpful and the amenities are top notch!
