Good for a short stay

Always our choice hotel to stay in the Disney area! Very clean and safe.

Aliza was wonderful at check in. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and this was the first time I was told of all the amenities in the complex. She was so pleasant and welcoming. Check in was quick and the room is spacious.

Tub leaking all night, staff didn't speak English, parking staff offered free 7 nights 8 days free hotel just for going on tour of facilities and 90 minute presentation. What a freaking joke! After listening to presentation and going on tour of place was bullied by 3 different managers to get me to sign up for a "better than timeshare " offer. Each of them couldn't take no for an answer. They wanted me sign a contract for $17000 over 5 years to get 1 week a year at one of their resorts! Each time I said no, can't do that today they sent someone else to try to manipulate me. After the 3rd and final person who was the boss and I told him no I was escorted to a room to turn in my coupon for free room and then escorted out of the building with no transportation back to my hotel. Will never stay at that place again! Total scam!!!

Clean room, friendly staff and amazing breakfast.

This was only a 2 night stay. However on my second night I had NO hot water. Midway my shower the water turn cold and was still cold in the morning.

The staff, Kathie & Love, we're fantastic!! So professional, friendly, & helpful! My room was immaculately clean. The pool was wonderful and serene. Breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend!

Everything was clean , easy check in and out , breakfast was great . The only thing that wasn’t working was the EV charger but it doesn’t belong to the hotel . It cost me almost an hour next day to charge my car at a nearby gas station . Other than that this hotel was perfect

Hotel had several pools Rooms was clean staff was nice

Staff wis nice and welcoming but hotel was very run down. Pool chairs broken, benches were broken, pool looked old and not kept up. Pool towels were so old that they were paper thin.

Convince to shopping and amusement parks

The continental breakfast was good the rooms were clean it was a cute hotel

It was great Called to the front desk for extra towels and never received them.

On my extended stay day they didn’t clean my room, towels, bed sheets & garbage 😡😡the breakfast buffet was ok but almost the same thing every day.

The place is clean, well-located, and very comfortable. It is a complex with several hotels, and staying at one of them gives you access to all the attractions. There are plenty of things to do if you don't want to leave the complex. The attractions close very early, and the personal care amenities in the room are very limited (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).

Very family friendly, helpful and friendly staff, rooms were nice and clean and the amenities around the resort were great! There was plenty to do for entertainment and some food options. The only issue I had is no coffee maker inside my room due to the coffee and tea being available in the hotel lobby. They are trying to be more environmentally conscious, and that’s great, but only medium roast available in lobby,
