Our company visits Cleveland each year and this is where we stay. It’s great every time. Convenient to everything. Very clean. Fun bar for a late night drink. Helpful front desk staff! Could ask for more from a hotel!

Very clean with very nice rooms. Friendly and prompt staff. Parking garage attached to hotel and very easy to navigate parking garage to hotel.

The hotel was terrific The elevator from curb to hotel lobby is Very confusing. It also applies to the parking garage. Not just us…anyone we encountered. Too many graphics…unable to decipher.

Beautiful room and view Some concerns about cleanliness and one of the elevators wasn't working. I wish pricing at the grab and go area had been more clear.

Super clean room. Staff was very friendly, offered a map of the city to explore. Connected to a covered garage which was very convenient when we were leaving and it was storming. Great food options.

Toilet was broken, no pool, no breakfast, had to pay a fortune for parking, tv didn’t work well. Will not stay here again. Not to mention loud music was played until after 1 am when I had to get up early

The TV was terrible, quality was fine, but choice of channels and the guide was awful. The last night I was there the TV didn't have any reception to any stations.

The staff were amazing! The valet & front desk especially. We arrived at 3:15 for 3pm check in and waited for it to be ready around 5:00. They were very appologetic. Kristy esp was super helpful. Worst issue is accessibility. Besides the gym, the room had multiple issues! I could not reach the sink. The faucets are on top of the high curved faucet...almost totally out of reach. The counter has the ability to get my wheelchair under, but then it is so high, i felt like a 3yr old trying to wash! To brush my teeth, i had to stand to rinse, but then still couldnt reach the sink to spit without actually leaning/laying on the sink to reach the small round sink so far back! The shower was a nightmare! It was roll in, fine, but the soap, shampoo and conditioner is up high you cant reach. The fauucet is up too high also. I sat on the shower bench and after 2 min, it dropped some! I thought it was breaking and i was falling! It was just settling somehow. Even the magazines/books were in a rack on the wall so high, my daughter had to stretch to get them down for me. The fridge is too low to reach into. Someone in a wheelchair need to fix i
