Only one elevator. No working ice machines. Toilet would not flush. Staff was nice and tried to help but ownership isn’t keeping things fixed. I would avoid.

Start with the parking lot , room not properly cleaned, building out dated, and noises all over. Hotel food not fresh. Poor service.

Great location for our stay. Unfortunately on Saturday night all the bars close to the hotel played music that was extra loud, it was a summer holiday weekend

We stayed in Cleveland an extra night and a bartender from downtown told us to stay here and that this area was great to go to eat and drink. Walking around is super easy. He was so right! From Valet parking to checking in everything was great. Our room on the 4th floor facing the river was terrific. Bed was cozy. Nicely decorated. (Parking was $45 valet - $30 self parking )

The hotel was fine. The staff, another story. If you have any issues with your stay, don't count on the hotel staff to help assist you or even acknowledge the issue. Upon checkout, I asked about the 6:30 am fire alarm that went off. Why would a hotel test a fire alarm at 6:30 am? She denied knowing anything about it. I questioned her, and again she denied knowing anything about it. I don't understand how you could not hear a fire alarm that went off through the entire hotel. We won't be staying here again. Not due to the actual fire alarm event, but due to the rude behavior of the staff.

The check in staff were great. The hotel is beautiful and loved the location. Easy walk to the stadium and we also walked to the casino. Now what I didnt like was paying couple hundred bucks and the fire alarm was tested at 6:41 AM. This was awful for someone who got in late and just wanted to sleep in ONE day while away. That didnt happen. I did finally fall back asleep but had housekeeping knocking on the door and coming in at 9AM to clean the room and we were not even close to leaving yet. A few odd things happened but the hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

It was close to the stadium where we saw the concert, so it was easy to get to. The staff were very nice and helpful! The fire alarm ran a test at 6:40am the morning after the concert, probably should have ran at between check out and check in times!

The room is super clean I think it's one of the cleanest rooms / hotel I have ever stayed in I would most definitely stay here again if I come back to the area for ANYTHING... Honestly I liked everything about this place
