Great location Rude snobby staff. $30 for 1 glass of wine - totally ridiculous! Bartenders and dining room staff like to address adults like they’re their kindergarten students. Condescending and rude while telling everyone the hotel “rules”.

When we first got there is was beautiful on the inside, our room was beautiful the view from are window was beautiful, everything was great the only thing is the price to have your car parked there but besides that the food was great and accommodating.

Hotel was nice. Self parking was $50 and across the street underground. The area was surprisingly dead around the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. we stayed on the 31st floor and had a nice view of Erie. the rock and roll hall of fame, as well as, many other fun spots to hit. the room was very clean with a huge comfy king sized bed.
