I misplaced my cell phone in the snack bar area. The staff found it and reported it to the front desk. I easily retrieved my phone, because the staff was considerate enough to set it aside. Thank you very much.

Great hotel, service, cleanliness, and staff. Definitely would stay here again and near all the major ballparks and attractions. If you're coming to Cleveland I would highly recommend staying here for the convenience and pleasant stay!

The property is in a great central location. the staff in dining and bar and front desk were all in a good mood, helpful and knowledgeable.

Disliked that the Club access person was super rude. Many times told “no” for really basic stupid stuff (“ take a glass of ice with me”) Check the bill for erroneous charges. Big time.

Staff was super friendly and the hotel and room was very clean!

Only complaint was valet parking. Paid $60 to have my porsche parked in the garage. Next day car was exactly where I parked originally outside the hotel. Nice hotel just not happy with that situation

A few quick notes for future guests: the pool is on the smaller side and there isn't a hot tub, but the incredible views from the 32nd-floor bar easily made up for it! Parking is on the pricier side as expected for downtown, but having unlimited in-and-out privileges made getting around the city very convenient. We'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing! We had an easy check in with Camden at the front desk . He also got us magnificent view and gave us some ideas for events happening in the weekend.

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was delicious, and the accommodations were wonderful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
