Hilton Cleveland Downtown

Good.

Room was clean and it’s a really cool site, the location is great and there is a beautiful view. Finding self parking was impossible though and ended up having to do valet.

We only stayed one night but it was nice except for staff didn’t tell us we had to pay for the parking.

The AC wasn’t really working in our room. But other than that it was a nice stay!!

That were shooting water with water guns at my little kids and when they were asked to stop they shot at us adults. They had music blasting and at one point they started fighting. The mom put 2 of them in time out but that situation made our trip to the pool very short. My kids were very upset.

Was in town for a.concert and the hotel was packed. Valet parking was crazy but the men out there were doing a great job. It was a great stay and and the staff was fantastic. Would definitely book there again.

Small problem with check-in that the staff handled well once brought up. Only Downside is the pool room air was "sauna like" which made it tough to sit and watch the kids. Had to sit by the entrance door with it open. 2 other parents joined us as they thought it was unbearable too.

Happy to receive a parking pass and appreciated the tunnel to the hotel. Was odd that room service wasn’t available as expected for breakfast. Bathroom doesn’t have a fan which is odd. They’re servicing rooms up until 6pm which seems pretty late. Nosh breakfast bites in cooler were actually terrible.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and every time it is a great experience!

Our view was stunning (lake/city) from our room on the 32nd floor. We definitely will stay again and recommend this property to others.

The fitness center and pool have good hours and are both well stocked with clean towels. The hotel is a easy and safe 10-minute straightforward walk from the Tower Center Rapid Transit station with direct service from the airport. Despite the fact that my room was right next to the elevator shaft, I hardly heard the elevators. Loud guests in the hallway could be heard through the room door, if they happen to be right outside my door. Television, although this is more of a general Hilton issue rather than an issue unique to this property. Direct TV instead of streaming apps which guests can watch programs through their individual streaming account strikes me as a relatively outdated service for a global chain such as Hilton.

Parking is not convenient and the front desk gave us wrong room number

Exceptional. I brought the kids to come swim and they had a ball. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The manager expedited the cleaning of our room as well. Will stay here again.
