Great location and unbelievable architecture
-
Amazing Lobby. Easy in/out. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Rocket Mortgage, Progressive Field, eating/drinking, ect.

Pretty hotel and friendly staff
-
Great location for Guardians game and R&R Hall of Fame. Parking is a little expensive, but otherwise it is a solid hotel.
-
Staff is always extremely welcoming and proactive every time I stay here. I love the food options and the coffee shop on the first floor. The gym is great. It’s the only place I stay when I go to Cleveland.

Simple room older so some wear

Hotel was excellent and conveniently located downtown.

The location within the spectacular 1890 arcade is unusual and fun. My wife wanted to stay downtown to see the architecture and we were not disappointed. We ate at the 1890 restaurant. It was pretty empty but it shouldn't be. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. The next night we ate at the pizza restaurant / sports bar at the opposite end of the arcade. The pizza was very good and I'm from Brooklyn. All in all, great few days. My only criticism was the valet parking was on the high end (about the same as NYC but it shouldn't be).

Staff were very attentive and kind. The property was also very clean and neat! I was thoroughly impressed with the fitness center in particular. Loved the amenity of having a cool towel waiting for you, after a good workout!

Was very helpful. Very unique hotel!

The valet car service was excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant was lovely

There is no free breakfast or shuttle from airport. We called and hotel said it was a $25 ride fee. It was really $65

The hotel is converted from a shopping mall. The rooms, which used to be exhibit rooms, are very spacious and have really high ceilings. It could be nice for people who want to have unique experience in accommodation, but don't really work out well for those who value privacy. I don't find the staff to be very helpful to be honest. The information provided is bare minimum, and I need to ask basic questions like where's the dining room, the gym, is there bottled water etc.

Travis at the front desk was fabulous. We were there for one night for a baseball game. Walkable and great time!

We arrived two hours after our check in time and they had no city rooms available (which is what I reserved) so we had to get a lesser room. The people next to us (checking in) didn’t have a room either.

Great location...really unique hotel.. just seems to be missing something.. not sure what. like water in lobby wasn't presented where I could see it.. the rates can be a touch expensive..but its literally in a great spot. u can walk right out to 4th street.. I dunno maybe im spoiled or just not happy after paying 600 for the one night stay..but it was a Saturday and they had a wedding still it was our anniversary and my wife's bday..thought we would get placed in a better room for that rate..anyways ill give it another try and ive stayed here at least 5 other times.. its definitely recommended..just not 5 star..but super close

The room was clean, but the bed was very broken down and very uncomfortable to sleep in. For how large the room was, I would of had another chair available to sit on, especially for two quests. Bathroom was clean and tidy, only recommendation is to change the shower head to something that has spraying options, took a little longer to use the shower and rinse everything off with how the shower head was.

My husband and I went to the Hyatt in Cleveland, and as we pulling into the street before the hotel, there was a Teen Take Over happening. 300 kids with backpacks. My husband and I did not stay at the hotel due to SAFETY ISSUES. Neither one of us felt safe staying there. It was 330 in the afternoon and NOT ONE RESTAURANT HAD ANYBODY IN IT. BTW this was Father's Day. There were VERY FEW PEOPLE walking the streets. As somebody who has stayed in Cleveland many times, it was very eerie.
