Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade

pretty good choice in downtown Cleveland for a weekend.

The arcade is a very cool space. Kudos for keeping it up. Room was simple but super clean and comfortable. Great night sleep

We ran into the issue of our air conditioner not working during our stay. Maintenance had to come twice in the middle of the night to try and repair it, but it still wasn’t working properly. The front desk was unable to move us to another room, which is understandable given there were apparently no other rooms available. I was told I would receive Hyatt points but I never received them. Additionally, I think due to the A/C not working, the room just had an awful, musty smell like it had been closed off for some time. It just was not a comfortable stay for the price we paid and to be classified as a 4-star hotel.

The location to the venue The couch had multiple visible stains and there was no clear way to turn the light on in the hall way. Also there was no microwave or small fridge in the room.

Great experience. Walk out to one end of the building and you have the night life literally at your fingertips . Location is fantastic with a fast and reliable valet service you can have your car parked and never need it until your departure. All your main attractions are within walking distance! I would recommend the Arcade to anyone visiting Cleveland and wanting to explore its nightlife.

The entire property, including our room, was in need of basic maintenance. Paint, deep cleaning (stains on all the furniture and carpet), etc.

Everything was exceptional. Beautiful building with some history. Staff very Friendly and accommodating. Would loved to have stayed longer.

From the valet to the reception and check in staff all were helpful and very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy. There for a quick stay but would stay there again walking distance to casino, a lot of restaurants and things to do. Only negative is finding where to park if you don't want to pay valet which was $60.

Location! It was in the middle of all the action! We also loved the pizza place inside and ate there twice. The hotel was beautiful, especially at night!

If there is a problem, it is noise. The hotel is inside a very beautiful and historic place, which is sometimes used for weddings and other events. There were two weddings on Friday night and Saturday night, which lasted until 11 PM. The problem is less frequent if you are not staying there on Fri and Sat. Also, if you book a junior suite, there is a second door to the bedroom, which if closed, reduces the noise.

Our AC was not working on arrival but they did sent maintenance up within a couple of hours to fix it The shoppuatra is virtually non existent, not really much going on in the area.
