The Arcade was an unexpected WOW for us. We'd never heard of the Arcade (I would've erroneously thought it had to do with games) so walking in nearly took our breath away. Hyatt had done a great job of incorporating a hotel over two floors of commercial shops. The location was perfect. We could walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and to Progressive Field (baseball park). The public library right across the street had some excellent exhibits (Superman, antique books from the 15th century, and chess sets from around the world and from different time periods). There were numerous restaurants of all sorts and price ranges within walking distance. Our room was very quiet, the bed comfy, and the clean shower had good pressure. There was a small dorm fridge in the room, and a small microwave in the lobby. The fitness center was clean and had much of what you'd want, except there really wasn't enough space to roll out a yoga mat and do some stretches nor were there weights in smaller weights, like 3-lb or 8-lb. And I didn't love that it was right next to the elevators so people could easily look in from the door.

Overall the city of Cleveland was actually a lot more than I expected but had a wonderful time. As for the hotel that was beautiful inside the room we had had quite a few issues so we didn't spend much time in the room only to sleep . The comfort of the rooms not so great and the view sucked so bad ..

Centrally located

The comforter was sandwiched between two flat sheets as opposed to in a cover. Looks unprofessional and feels awkward to use with everything coming apart. Used water glass was not replaced but left on the nightstand.

The Hotel was amazing with beautiful scenery and convenient stores within the building. The staff were very nice and the valets were very helpful even walking me through the process!

Everything Nothing

Location was amazing. Staff and valet were wonderful. View inside was charming. Room was spacious The room layout and lack of usable seating and table top was challenging. The space between the bed area and bathroom was awkward and unusable. It was really difficult to eat our dinner in the room as we had to sit on the bed and risk spilling. A narrow desk with a chair would be so helpful.

Lovely, meticulous, spacious room. Comfy bed. Clean and updated bathroom. Quiet. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again 😊

Great venue. Great restaurants at the hotels. Easy access to walking downtown

Loved that this beautiful property is maintained. Although restaurants and bars are close by, easy to walk to, more in the hotel would be nice. Breakfast each day was great, and staff were very accessible and helpful!

No microwave air conditioner didn't work the first night I was there. rooms were kinda of pricey for what you get.

All of it!

Location, the hotel building. I was expecting cozier decor in the room. The Arcade is gorgeous, then I entered the room and felt like a hospital, very plain.

The place is dated; the room is clean and tidy but dim and old-fashioned. It has everything required for the hotel's classification, yet it isn't particularly inviting.
