The location was ideal for our planned activities and the rates were decent. I asked 2x for coffee cream in the room and never received it.

Our recent stay at the Hyatt was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. Bell hops, valet staff and front desk staff are were great! Excellent customer service. Our room was very clean and I like the way the housekeeping department called us after check to make sure the room was satisfactory. That was awesome customer service. Great Job Hyatt.

The hotel was beautiful. It’s older but still nice inside. The Presidential Suite was beautiful. The front desk clerk who checked us in was amazing and knowledgeable. He was the best thing about the visit. Unfortunately, there was no pool to relax at, they offered the smallest bottles of orange juice for $3. The TVs are old. They are not smart tvs and have no apps…my son was extremely bored and went to bed early. He is also a swimmer but as I mentioned—there is no pool. They don’t sell their robes as I was told the Hyatts do. I was told to ask and guests can purchase directly from the hotel..Well, I asked and was told “no” they do not sell them. It was our daughter’s 22nd birthday and she loves hotel robes…we were hoping to buy them for our vacation souvenir but —-well you know how that went. I don’t think we would stay here for a special occasion but maybe for a regular day.

This is an amazing location, right in the heart of Cleveland's entertainment district. Walking distance from Rocket arena and the Guardians stadium. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all around. Plus this is a historic venue. If you really want to experience the hotel, make sure you get an "arcade view" room, not a "city view" room.

The price was very higher for a one Saturday night stay vs. the value; however I’m not unhappy with my experience.

The Staff may have been the best I ever experienced in a Hotel. The Arcade is a very impressive 19th century building. The Room was the least impressive part of our stay it was small and our city view was some back ally nothing like the photo i saw which made me book the place to begin with. Use caution the surrounding area requires you to stay alert as there are a abundance of vagrants wondering around.

They played Rush all day in the hotel. We came down to see Rush and loved it! Great place. I highly recommend staying there,

I thought Bob - the valet was phenomenal. He was personable, responsible, and seemed to truly care about us.

Staff is very helpful. Room was very clean. There are restaurants in the building, but hours aren't always the best and it's expensive. You can walk a few blocks to other restaurants that meet your needs though. Parking in the garage next door is easy. I would definitely go back.

Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was perfect.

The location is perfect. Right downtown close to restaurants, bars, Rock and Roll hall of fame and all the sports. The building is impressive. The room was clean and could not hear any noise from the street. The staff was friendly and vey accommodating. Will definitely go back on my next trip there.

I loved the location, it was great & unique. It claimed to offer a Minibar online, and when we arrived, there was no minibar. The walls were so thin we heard incessant noise from neighboring customers. The restroom was still dirty from the previous guests, with towels thrown around & used toiletries remaining on the sink countertop.

Great stay. Friendly staff. A little dated, but not in a bad way. Close to everything we wanted. Would recommend.
