The air conditioning was unreliable. After two visits to our room, the a/c still didn’t work. We were then moved into another room. I credit the staff with being very helpful in trying to deal with this issue.

The Hyatt Arcade was a unique and beautiful place! We stayed during the week so an arcade room was quiet. We had breakfast included and it was delicious! We walked out the back door right onto 6th street with multiple restaurants and patios as well. Easily walkable to Progressive Field, Rocket Arena and Rock n Roll Hall of Fame! We would definitely stay again.

Great stay at the Hyatt in Cleveland! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything made for an easy, enjoyable visit. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is exceptionally beautiful. The arcade is historic and full of character and ambiance. When checking in, we arrived at ~3:20pm. We were informed that our room was not ready, and when I let them know that my booking reservation said check in was 3, I was told: “Yes sir, our policy has changed.” No apology, no offer to make things right. Which is fine, and I understand that the line level employees do not set the policy. However, I as a customer should have been informed that the property was making a modification prior to me being on site. We had a wedding to attend, and this threw off our entire timeline for things. We then had some kerfluffles with checking our bags, and the valet. Overall I felt that I was checking into a property well below a Regency class.

The location was amazing. It was right across the street from the venue that had the concert we were attending. The staff were very nice and accommodating! The floors in the hotel were really, really squeaky, but we do understand that the building itself was old!

The Arcade rooms are spacious and unique. The hotel is super-conveniently located. This will definitely be my go-to stay for future Cleveland visits.
