Fidelity Hotel

While the hotel was within walking distance of our planned restaurant, there wasn't much nightlife to walk to. We also found the room was ridiculously small. So small that we could not open the drawers to the dresser and the bathroom had strange closet like double doors (which were very difficult to open from inside the washroom) because a real door would not have fit in the room. There was not even space to have our suitcases open other than on the bed. The room was also very dimly lit and our only window faced directly into the parking garage next door. Won't be back.

Great high end rooms with quality fixtures in the bathroom, quality furnishings and wardrobes etc. even the flooring was high quality. The location is also good. Overall the hotel feels luxurious and worth the costs.

This is a beautiful retro New-York style hotel with cool lobby and lovely rooms that are functional if not a little on the smaller size, though there are choices there.

Nice room, friendly staff, clean and straight forward. The room has a really cool, classic decor, including an old-timey phone. Bar was expensive but nice. Very convenient location to walk to 4th Street (just around the corner) and to the convention center and shoreline.

I loved the help at the doors and how clean and nice the room was. Staff was very helpful

Beautiful hotel, but they spared some function for the sake of aesthetics in the tiny rooms. The bed was very uncomfortable. Unbeatable location and good valet service. But not worth staying again. It's very pretty but unremarkable in every other way.

This hotel is beautiful and walkable to all the best parts of downtown Cleveland. The on-site restaurant was very good, and it was an easy place to have a pet. Such a great find, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Clean room, great shower and a little sound machine to help sleep. Such a great touch. Will stay here again when I’m ever in Cleveland

This hotel is superb! Absolutely stunning. The staff is friendly, it’s a great location, and the restaurant is divine. You will not be disappointed. We plan on coming back every year for our anniversary.
