Clean room, helpful staff. Next door parking lot was unaffiliated with the hotel and not super convenient to bring luggage in.

We’ve stayed in hundreds of places over the years. Fidelity Hotel is fantastic in every way. No reason to book anywhere else if you’re looking to stay in downtown Cleveland…

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location is an easy walk to almost everywhere you'd want to go downtown. Parking is super convenient. We'll be back. Didn't get to the restaurant, but will next time for sure - looked great.

Room was exceptionally clean, and I am extremely critical of cleanliness. The Fidelity exceeded my expectations! We will most definitely stay there again. I will note that the rooms are small, so if you arrive expecting a spacious room, you will be disappointed. But we knew this in advance and it did not detract from our stay in any way. Exceptional hotel!

Staff was very nice and helpful, but the room that i was given was not anywhere the type of room I requested.

This is NOT a luxury hotel. Room is small. Lobby area is small. Staff are not care about the guest.

Beautiful space for my wedding weekend. The Club Room is great as well.

Really well maintained and lovely property. Good food purchased for breakfast. Free coffee. Parking pretty much non-existent unless you pay the $60 per day fee or walk down a nasty street for $25 per day. Rooms were beautiful but very very small. TV and beds were amazing. No storage whatsoever for clothes unless hanging. Short stays are fine. Excellent location for walking around Downtown.

Loved the atmosphere. Staff especially nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The food was great.

Really great location. About a 15 min walk to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Lake Erie and about 15 min to Progressive Field in the opposite direction

Great location within convenient walking distance to Guardians and Cavs games. Surprisingly good restaurant with a discount when you charge your meal to your room. Front desk staff and wait staff in the restaurant were very cordial and helpful. I was in Cleveland for the weekend to attend a couple of Guardians games and the competitive rate I received booking through Expedia made me pick this hotel rather than the comparable chain hotels in downtown Cleveland.

The only issue was that we couldn't check into our room until after 4pm. This caused a lot of hassle that we were not planning to have.

We couldn’t get our tv to work and the staff worked so hard to get it to work for us and offered us a breakfast voucher for our trouble. And the breakfast was amazing! Beautiful hotel and comfy beds!
