The decor is eclectic and amazing. The staff could not be more helpful. Ballet was super easy to use and the hotel restaurant has a Michelin star. The breakfast was great. The location is good for downtown. Easy walking distance to progressive field and the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame

The biggest thing when I travel is cleanliness and this hotel was so so clean. Not one speck of dust or dirt. The rooms were so cool and unique. We loved this hotel. Our oldest child has autism and the staff were very accommodating and kind. They even let us check in early to help him when he was having a difficult time. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautifully repurposed office building. Staff was very helpful, but things like coffee station (no tea) needed replenishment of some item or other whenever I used it. The staff was happy to oblige, but their to-ing and fro-ing added time to what would otherwise have been a quick errand. Also, ice had to be obtained from staff and was delivered in a small bag. The room was beautiful, but the toilet was ridiculously high and the shower (excellent water pressure!) couldn’t be used without flooding the shower/toilet room. There was also insufficient light over the sink to shave easily or apply make-up. The tv was large and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it is a very nice place with a few idiosyncrasies.

We stayed one night for a concert at Huntington Field. Easy 20 minute walk. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable.
