Great staff, love the kickback snacks

The only thing that keeps us from giving a 5 star review was when we checked out and the valet brought up our car, it appeared that it had been ransacked. Items from our glovebox, console and storage bins were strewn about the floor of our vehicle. The valet left immediately after pulling our car up, so when we realized what had happened, there was no one to complain to. Fortunately, we found nothing of value had been taken (just some granola bars, so whoever did it must've been hungry), and we felt it wouldn't be worth our time to file a police report, so we just put everything back and left. While we would stay there again for a future visit, if we drive, we'll likely stay in the suburbs and Uber into the city.

Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. Also, the included breakfast and buffet dinner (with drink tickets) was above and beyond!

The complimentary breakfast and dinner are great, but the support staff in the restaurant make it amazing!

This was the absolute best experience I've had at a hotel. I loved everything about this stay. Location was excellent, staff excellent, room extremely clean and my view was beautiful

Everything was clean, everyone was friendly and competent. The breakfast was better than most, and the evening snacks/dinner/drinks were done quite well and appreciated

Architecture and staff were top notch. Great location 10 minutes from everything downtown. The teachers lounge bar needs improvement. Too small and way too loud. The demand pricing for a concert weekend was very extreme

Location was amazing. Center of everything. 10-12 minute walk to Progressive Field and Rocket Arena, 12-15 minute walk to R&R HOF. Visited all three and walked everywhere. Tons of bars/restaurants within 5-15 minutes walk. Price was 10-20% higher than it should be, specifically because of building conditions. People and location were great.

Buffet Breakfast and Supper were plentiful with a HUGE assortment. Pool, fitness area and Hot-tub were clean and available. Staff was helpful, and freshly popped popcorn in the evening was a nice perk.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Great location with quick walking access to football, baseball, and basketball/concert facilities, as well as the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Would stay again.

Lobby and elevator were dirty, front desk was very understaffed and the room has wall repairs done that looked terrible. Cobwebs in the window and AC took hours to cool the room down. Very disappointed

Wonderful meals, extremely kind and helpful staff and beautiful hotel located within the downtown area and in walking distance from several sports venues, museums and restaurants.

Stayed overnight for a Guardians game. Hotel is within walking distance of the stadium and the evening cocktails and food were great!

This is a really nice historical place to stay at. I really enjoyed learning about the history here and would definitely recommend checking it out!
