The staff is what makes this place.

I was surprised that this hotel hasn’t been better maintained — it is definitely due for some upgrades to maintain what would be a beautiful building & it would also benefit from better general upkeep. We arrived to a very dark room and when we opened the curtains the windows were dirty and my daughter found some cobwebs and a spider in the bathroom. I think we overpaid (probably surge pricing with events going on) & I had higher expectations based on good reviews I read. The free food and drinks were nice — but wasn’t worth it for us. It was all just very mediocre at best.

Helpful desk staff were willing to keep luggage after checkout to be able to walk down to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for the morning. Great to keep the car at valet then too!

I will DEFINITELY tell everyone how awesome this hotel was! It’s in an awesome location… a short walk to Rock n Roll HOF and also the baseball stadium! The hotel staff were the sweetest people!! They truly seemed to enjoy their job and helping their guests! The building is gorgeous with a great view by the lobby windows! This stay made me very happy! Thank you for all that the staff does!

The food was just okay. The breakfast buffet was the same everyday.

Hotel is grand! Rooms were classic, clean and comfortable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. Especially appreciated the complimentary dinner and drinks. Drury Inns never disappoint.

It was a good hotel. The breakfast and dinner I was not able to do because of my time schedule and their schedule. I did a receive a room by the elevators but I got good pricing. Just so you know.
