It's a nice hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms could be a little bit cleaner for one. Also, it would help if maintenance would make sure all rooms AC works. They switched us from one room that the temperature wouldn't go under 74° to another room where the AC didn't work. For as much as you pay for a room you would expect everything to work properly.

Our stay was relatively peaceful. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately some staff were just not friendly, and gave poor customer service. However, these were a few bad apples. For the most part everyone was really nice, and eager to listen and help. I would definitely stay here again.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and polite, but the valet team was exceptional. Gino, Nate and the entire valet team spotted a metal piece in our tire and then filled it with air a few times and assisted my husband in putting on the spare. Such great customer service, thank you again!

Nice old building repurposed. Walking distance to guardians game. Huge rooms that were clean. Breakfast and evening happy hour were a bonus. Would stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Most, if not all, downtown Cleveland hotels are plague by loud motorcycles throughout the night. Try get a room on the backside overlooking the memorial plaza.

Wow! What a great experience from top to bottom. Stunning property in a great area. Will definitely plan to come back during football season as the stadium is walking distance. The kickback was extraordinarily generous and the staff was great

Such a nice hotel! Well kept and clean and the rooms are large with beautiful windows and natural light. Easy walking distance from many venues. The free breakfast and dinner were a huge perk as a family!
