Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown

It was our first time at this hotel and we were really impressed with how the hotel looked (transformed a former board of education building). The room had high ceilings and very large windows. We could see some historic buildings which get illuminated at night with various colours. The included breakfast and supper was great too. Close proximity to progressive field made it even better.

The breakfast and manager’s reception offered excellent food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful day

Large clean room/bathroom that had extra room to move around. High ceilings on the 6th floor. The breakfast was good but was also packed both days. Needed to sit in the lobby the one day. Valet parking is good but the circular driveway does pose some delays when people are not ready to accept their car and drive away. Walking distance to most of the downtown amenities. About 15 minutes.

The hotel is a beautiful heritage building that has been repurposed as a hotel. Very roomy, quiet and comfortable.

Rude employees. Dirty Bathtubs. Dirty Pool! Double charged for something undisclosed.

The staff was outstanding and that was refreshing!

Great customer service! Friendly and helpful staff especially in the dining area. Food was better than expedited. We have already told friends about our stay and will definitely be back.

I would have really appreciated a magnifying makeup mirror in our bathroom.

It’s too bad but that was probably the last time we will stay there. It is amazing hotel close to everything and the staff usually are amazing. This is our second time staying here. The first time was great too. We had no trouble but at the end of the day we got our car our car was so tightly parked at the back that we couldn’t get into the back to load our luggage then they lost the keys to another car then the One guy stood there waiting for things to get better. I guess by just standing there and then we got flipped off by another one of the employees Anyway it’s too bad because it is a great hotel and like I said the staff is amazing. I don’t know what happened to these two jokers that were outside but they sure don’t know how to treat people.

One of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent breakfast buffet, three free alcoholic drinks per evening plus a well stocked dinner buffet all included in the price of the stay. Facilities and rooms were in excellent shape. Even offered housekeeping each morning. It was in a great location, walking distance to many venues.

they have free of everything pretty much and it was a bonus

Very nice place. Staff excellent! Loved the 3 free drinks and the breakfast buffet along with the evening food! Can’t beat it!

The staff was very attentive and the room was very clean. My only complaint is the parking on site was only valet. After I used this service I noticed several parking garages that were cheaper nearby. Had I known, I would not have used the valet.
