Being able to walk to many tourist destinations.

When we checked in we were told that the water was going to be off from 10pm until 7am. We could cancel our reservation at no cost. We choice to stay as we didn’t feel this would be an issue. The water didn’t come back on until 10am. We checked out at 1030am and was advised there would be no charge for our stay. We will definitely stay again at any of their properties as we were treated more than fair without any discussion needed. It’s refreshing in today’s society to see that the customer can still be treated fairly. Thank you for making things right without any issues.

Booked a room for our anniversary. The first room was kinda nasty, not vacuumed and the shower had an insane mold growth on the faucet, the bathroom was BAD, they came to clean it with a rag, but straight up, it needed to be fully changed,took them maybe 3 hours to find us a new room. Not a great experience tbh.

Great stay for me. Visiting my adult son in Cleveland. I would definitely stay again here. Clean room; staff was great. Price was reasonable. Nice view from my room of downtown. Quiet property.

The downside was the parking and the cost per day. I'm not sure we would stay again at a hotel in downtown with the outrageous cost of parking.

Great for a baseball game clean room very comfortable bed only thing is they did not accommodate my request and the shower made the bathroom very wet and slippery

Overall a nice stay. The check in person seemed a little annoyed with checking us in and when we asked if our room was smoke free as it smelled like smoke once we entered our room. The toilet paper holder kept falling off. Otherwise, everyone was very friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very spacious.

The room was ample and very comfortable. The hotel location was excellent, close to many great amenities, restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff was super friendly and warm.

The staff was friendly. Parking was convenient. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I could not have asked for anything more. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Cleveland and recommend to anyone.

Great location. Close to parks, museums, restaurants, and even DogTopia for my little pup is within walking distance. Staff are super friendly. Michael is the best and helped us solve a difficulty.
