Excellent hotel in a great location for seeing Cleveland. Room was clean and comfortable. If you are driving know that parking carried an additional fee.

The staff was great and accommodating specifically Mya Cornett at the front desk, she was great she gave us great ideas on where to go and just a great personality!

It was a great experience

Front desk was very inviting and helpful. Gave us suggestions to nearby restaurants within walking distance. Also, they extended our checkout time by a few hrs.without hesitation. The rooms were clean but the bathroom was a bit dated with a confusing one panel shower door. Also, the air vent in the bathroom was full of dust and needed cleaning. Additionally, the price for self parking was high. . Overall the experience was good and I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again for the right price.

Well located to everything down town. Easy valet parking. Nice dining facility. Nicely appointed room. Recently remodeled.

But their convenience store needs some serious attention. Goodness. To be a Westin property I was shocked how portly the selection was and stock levels. We come to Cleveland once a year and if we stay again there I’ll be better prepared!

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very well maintained.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The door didn’t shut to the room. The shower door was non-existent. It smelled like weed in the hotel

Great location good price

Prior to arrival, I messaged the hotel via Expedia to note the birthday, hoping for a simple acknowledgment. The message went completely unread and unanswered, and the occasion was entirely ignored. Housekeeping during our Saturday-to-Tuesday stay was erratic. Our room was skipped on Sunday. On Monday, we returned at 10:00 PM to find staff still servicing nearby rooms. While the attendant was polite and offered towels and water, we had to listen to loud vacuuming in the hallway at 10:00 PM while trying to sleep. More concerningly, our room's smoke detector was completely covered in painters tape. It is unacceptable for a major hotel brand to leave a critical life-safety device blocked, showing a blatant lack of oversight and basic maintenance standards. If you only care about location, this property fits. If you expect reliable service, basic room safety, and the typical standard of hospitality expected from a Westin, look elsewhere. We will not be returning.

The only complaint I can honestly say was that the room service food I ordered arrived all cold. They said it would arrive to my room in 20 minutes, which it did arrive within that time. 3 carne asada tacos, rice and beans, corn. All cold. I was too tired to have it corrected and had to be at a concert with no time to wait for the corrected order. I'm not blaming The Westin since the restaurant was simply in the hotel. I'm not sure they're affiliated, but I was able to charge my food to my room, so not so sure. The hotel was great.
