We had a great stay at the Westin while we were in Cleveland for a Rush concert at Rocket Arena. Great location within walking distance to the Arena and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We had a nice, reasonably priced breakfast at the hotel.

Was not a fan of the mostly Mexican menu in the restaurant. Also dining room was under staffed for breakfast. Excessive wait even thou many, many tables were open.

I loved my stay there. Helpful staff, nice looking property, comfortable bed and nice shower. I liked the lavender balm a lot. I would like to stay at the Westin again.

The entire staff was wonderful! They were all positive, energetic, and smiling from the waiter at breakfast, the greeter when you got off the elevator, and everyone we encountered during our stay.

Nice room, great decor, quiet, easy check in; good location within comfortable walking distance to harbor activities especially the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame; Parking is expensive ($37-$57/night) with no free night parking in front of hotel or nearby; Train station is a block away. Unfortunately no breakfast at this hotel but there is a latin restaurant and cafe near the lobby

Location was convenient and close to our event! Easy parking and valet available too.

The room was comfortable and the bed was great. Everything was clean and I had a nice view of the city. Also close to the RRHoF and stadium.

The bed was comfortable. The late night staff could have been more friendly . The AC barely worked and took about 10 minutes to kick on. The room was okay. Toilet handle covers in mineral residue and toilet showed rust and calcium.

Bag man was tremendous. Super helpful. Front desk service was excellent. Rooms were super comfortable.

We loved the convenience, cleanliness of the hotel. everyone was so good to us. Restaurant was a plus and we had very good dinner talking with a very sweet lady. Snack and coffee shop had what we needed. The lady there was absolutely wonderful to us and so helpful. The starbucks coffee machine was good. I love that check out was at 11. valet parking was 61.00 total.
