It's a nice clean hotel that's close to several venues & many restaurants. I've always liked staying here but the rate we payed this time was absurd.

Front desk was very nice, and the staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean and the Italian restaurant downstairs was amazing.

Room was clean and the staff was nice. Parking is access a little bit down the road from it but you can get through from underground via the elevator. The parking garage ventilation as very poor though and it was extremely hot in there.

Valet parking was so nice. Room was clean and view was incredible.

Everything about the hotel was good for the most part. I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room. There also could have been more lighting in the room.

bed was uncomfortable, 6/10. personal preference? ammenities were great except for patio being closed. no bar/fireplace. 5/10 staff was great 10/10 we we're upgraded to the 23rd floor and m club access. 10/10 location was great 10/10 valet was good. 7/10. only because they moved me driver seat Overall, 7/10. would not book again, just because of the bed. otherwise , excellent
