1. the valet area is small and not terribly convenient 2. the diffusers/scent might be a little strong. It smells nice, just intense. A wonderful place to stay in Cleveland, food was excellent.

When I arrived I learned that, although I PREPAID for my room through Expedia, the hotel in fact did not have a room for me, and they were oversold. The hotel offered to book me at another establishment down the road. It was remedied as I mentioned, the hotel refunded my money, and gave me complementary food and beverage.

Beautiful hotel, few things in room did not work. Power in night stand and TV had no internet. Not really an issue for 1 night, but FYI

The lounge serves great drinks, and I really enjoyed the hotel’s historic charm. Being able to walk indoors to JACK Casino was convenient, too. A lovely place to stay!

Beautiful place to visit and stay. The staff is wonderful. From the Valet parking team to the front desk check-in crew, the wait staff at the restaurant/bar were all very friendly and intentive to any needs you may need that’s for sure.
