Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection

My only issue with this hotel is that we left our room @ 9:30 am and we returned at 3:30 pm and our rooms had not been cleaned.

Hotel is so nice staff is kind

We had limited air conditioning. We were on the 9th floor and room registered 80 but set for 65 degrees. It was extremely hot outside and we were told at the end of the stay that upper floors were not getting cooled. We were told about the excessive heat when we were checking out. This should have been addressed when we checked in

Beautiful hotel and best location

No water at all for the first six hours of our stay. Couldn’t flush toilet, wash hands… This property is severely understaffed. The staff they do have tries hard. It took nearly 40 minutes this morning to find a valet staff member and even more time to get my car out of the garage. Almost missed my flight.

Staff was amazing. Rooms were on the smaller size and a bit humid. Great lobby and easy access to the jack casino.

The room was clean, the staff was incredibly kind, and the property itself was absolutely stunning!

This place was beautiful. Lobby amazing, bar was nice, right next to the ballpark (go Guards), and easy access to public transit. Highly recommend. Great value too!

What a beautiful hotel, it was perfectly located near Rocket Arena so we walked. Parking was a bit expensive at the hotel $48.00 over night, but so worth the location. Our room was stunning with awesome views. I would stay there again anytime!

Loved the whole vibe of this place. Industrial meets high class feeling. Hotel was clean. Aveda amenities for shower.

All in all I feel the hotel was not ready for a concert crowd- the room was good, and staff were also great but the dining service for what we payed was not good as they just were not ready. The soft opening for the coffee was really bad again just because they were bot prepared. For being a “higher end” place we were definitely let down and feel we paid too much for one night for a all around 3 star place.
