Worst customer service we’ve ever encountered.

though the mattresses were not very comfortable

So nice! Would stay here again!

This hotel is located downtown about an 11 minute walk from the Rock and roll Hall of Fame which was why I was in Cleveland. Public Parking was across the St. Many restaurants were near by. I thought the hotel rate was reasonable.

The staff were super and friendly (in fact I found everyone in Cleveland to be very friendly!) Self park and valet is available. Valet offers in and out privileges for just a few bucks more than self park. Parking/valet was quite expensive compared to other cities but they were efficient. Hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. During the overnight hours there was a lot of siren noise but hey, it’s downtown, and that’s not a fault of the hotel. The walls seem thin as one night we heard a loud argument between a couple and we could hear every word, including the expletives. Then the other night we could hear the person’s TV. Hotel hallways were a little dark and dated. Free breakfast with some decent options for everyone, but the space felt crowded with everyone else trying to get breakfast. All in all it was a good stay and would stay there again. First visit to Cleveland and we had an amazing time. Again, the people were amazing!

Good property , excellent location. Valet Parking is kinda expensive for $55. Lot of parking available outside. Very comfortable Rooms. Staff is ok sometimes , and not so good at other times depending on their mood
-
Valet, while expensive ($55 plus tax for overnight) was super convenient & really well run. Front desk staff is rude - both at check-in and check-out. Rooms are fine - not great but not bad. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm and not very tasty. Easy walk to Progressive Field and Rock & Roll HOF.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, including hot breakfast and the options changed a little bit from one day to the next. It was a good location for us because we were visiting the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame Museum, which was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The area around the hotel itself was a little bit deserted, and a little bit shady but other than that, it was fine.

Parking was great. We didn’t have breakfast.

There is a 50 dollar valet parking fee and the valet struggled. They were not well staffed and they lost our key. We had to help them find it within the hundred or so keys they had. Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was close to everything within walking distance. The breakfast was a standard hot, hotel breakfast. Everything was up to standard.
-
Super clean and modern, the staff were excellent in service and making you feel welcomed! Would highly recommend!
-
Everything was amazing. Especially the night shift. The front desk clerks and the valet shift at night were phenomenal. Room and facility were clean and quiet and breakfast was good. Works definitely stay again and recommend.
-
Room was average but okay for the price and a convenient location. Our toilet was noisy and the bathroom door squeaked waking people up at night. Breakfast was typical for an entry level Hilton property and just okay. Eggs seemed to be cut with flour. Okay if you need a quick affordable stay.
-
The location is absolutely perfect. We were walking distance to museums (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center), a soccer festival for World Cup (Public Square), Guardians game at Progressive Field and tons of delicious restaurants and breweries. The hotel is wonderful - this is the place for you!

Everything okay. No complaints
