flies on tables at breakfast, disgusting. There was however a gentleman working on Sunday evening was very polite maybe he should ne in charge? Definitely not up to the Hilton brand or affiliates

We forgot our mini-iPad in the room(509)when checking. We just checked as of 2PM today

Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. The building was clean. The breakfast had great options.

We stay there to go to a Cleveland guardians game and the location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, but the elevators did not work well and it caused a lot of weight around. Other than that, it was a good stay.

While check-in went smooth and pretty quickly, attempting to valet my car was the exact opposite. I waited about 20mins only for the valet employee to walk right past and not acknowledge anyone. When someone asked about valet, he seemed to have an attitude stating that it would be awhile or we could find another place to park. I parked in a nearby garage and didn't waste anymore time waiting for valet. Other than that, the property was fine.

Located in central Cleveland within walking distance to most attractions. I would stay there again.

I arrived at 1:15 PM after a 40 mile bike ride in 95+ degree heat. They accommodateted an early check-in to allow me to take a much needed shower.
-
We went to breakfast at 9:30am and there was hardly any breakfast left and when asked to restock they never did.

Good location. Valets parking cost $65 a night.
-
Great location, nice room, breakfast was okay. Not the girls fault but motorcycles and ambulances all night
-
Nice and clean place we enjoyed our stay while we visited for a concert. Would come again the staff helped right away when we had a stain on the bed.
-
Very clean and convenient to everything
-
Location was centrally located so we were able to park the car and walk everywhere. No pool for the kids on a hot day!
-
Location, facilities. Pricey valet parking.

Clean facilities, nice quality products in room including hygiene products & bedding including high quality hair dryer (if you need a good hotel hair dryer, you know how important this & know most hotel dryers are crap), customer service at valet & front desk when checking in & out was acceptable, good hot breakfast. The one negative thing that ruined my entire experience was the front desk staff (I think it was the manager Marcy) had a ridiculously loud conversation with another Hampton staff, like LOUD over-the-top hootin’ & hollerin’ for a good 10 minutes at 8 am, right next to the breakfast bar. I couldn’t believe it. It was like they were completely unaware there were guests who in the same area trying to wake up & enjoy their breakfast. I got off the elevator without my first cup of coffee & was just hit with yelling & carrying on. With the exception of the front desk staff needing remedial training for providing a welcoming experience for the guests & being aware of their voice volume & personal conversations in front of guests, it was a nice hotel experience.

All of the above were excellent, except parking 😂… very expensive

Everything was walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints!!
-
I like the entire hotel and location. They could have had access to a microwave.

Location was ok They stole almost $600 from us. They said a smoking censor when off in our room. We don’t smoke!!!!! It has been hell trying to get are money back. It has been over a week now and when they do answer a phone they just don’t care at all what they have put you through. Just check your card statement before you leave the hotel because they can say anything they want and you can’t do a thing. My husband and I are in our sixties and do not smoke and aren’t going to start now but that doesn’t matter.
