Clean and spacious!

The coffee was hot Lack of attention to cleanliness. When we went to our room initially there were bags of garbage hanging on the doors of other rooms. The next day they were still there. The valet area is super small. I had to park in a lane on a very busy street which was pretty scary considering I had a rental car.

The bedroom carpet was filthy, it needs a deep deep clean. Breakfast was nowhere near as good as any hotel of this calibre I've stayed in in Europe.

The parking situation leaves something to be desired, but thats how things are these days

The hotel is a little dated. I sent a message a week before my stay to ask if they had onsite parking because that was one of the requirements I put in my original booking. They never responded. Upon arrival I noticed they had Valet parking for $55 a night. There was a parking deck across the street that you could park in for $45 per night. The hotel had 15 floors. However, the room next to us had their TV on full sound all night long. Maybe they could space the rooms out a little better. No alarm needed in the morning because you can hear everyone in the hallway bright and early. As for the breakfast buffet. The only egg option was a Western omelet I believe they called it. My child doesn't eat peppers and onions so she had cereal. I had the omelet it was cold. As for location it is in walking distance to a lot of events and restaurants which was a plus.

The location is great and the room was clean and comfortable. Only 1 of 3 elevators were working. At one point the line was 12 people deep to get upstairs. No one emptied the full garbage cans or cleaned off tables where the free breakfast was served.

The room was nice, beds comfy and nice bathroom. One elevator was not working so a bit of a wait time getting up and down.

Location Parking

A wonderful checkin with a very friendly desk clerk. Hotel room, lobby, corridor very clean!! Good breakfast and easy check out. I will recommend this place to anyone going to Cleveland!! Keep up the good work!!

Parking is a bit of a pain but very clean place. Great location for football game. Easy walk.

Wonderful staff, clean spacious rooms, SMART TVs! Convenient location and free breakfast was a nice touch!

I would have given a perfect star BUT the receptionist was not very welcoming. Gave me room key cards that not working. And she was choosing to give an attitude than being helpful. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but when I saw how she treated the American gentleman at the reception, gave me an impression that it was just me. I am Asian by the way. I didn’t get her name but the guy the next day was the total opposite of her. If she didn’t want to be in her job, she should look for another. When you’re in the Hospitality industry, you can’t act like that. You need to be friendly and happy.
