The room was clean but a bit unusual to find no dresser drawers, bathroom counter space, or coffeemaker. While able to request a coffeemaker, the lack of storage in the bedroom and bathroom was odd. However this did not detract from my stay and I would stay here again.

Very professional and courteous staff. Valet and reception staff excellent. Food at "Bett's" was great.

The breakfast took 30 minutes to get and it was cold when they brought it to me terrible service The room was smelly and the bathroom was not up to par they probably should clean their carpets replace the bathroom sink use two ply toilet paper for the price we had to pay

The room and property is clean

Pros: The rooms and place were clean. Generally cool vibe, nice staff. Betts restaurant excellent breakfast. The cons: The valet, though nice, could not handle the number of vehicles that day, needed to circle hotel for 35 minutes before could park (only 3 spots in front to pull in). The elevator broke with us in it, had to call for emergency help. It bounced up and down, got out as it was lowered 2 feet and we had step out and get all our luggage off. Gave us free valet parking, only after I talked to manager.

The hotel was amazing valet not so much We parked our car at 1:45 pm never got keys from valet. Didn’t even know where our car was. The next morning a legal handgun was removed from our center console

Great stay downtown located close to Rocket Arena Cleveland for two awesome RUSH concerts. Dining in the hotel was great and highly recommended. Valet parking was great.

The staff were friendly and welcoming upon check in. The room was spacious and in a great location. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was in excellent shape, My 2 complaints were that the mattress was certainly due for replacement and not the same quality as a Marriott or Westin, and for the price of a room, and all of the nice amenities, they cheaped out on cheap single ply toilet paper. The Betts restaurant was exceptionally busy because of the multiple events going on that night, but the service was excellent, the food was unbelievably good and the food and drink prices were shockingly inexpensive. The next time I am in town for an event or even for a weekend getaway I would certainly return.

Location was terrific. You can walk to almost any venue in town. Clean comfortable and updated for a delightful stay. Bonus is Betts the in house restaurant with great food and smiling service. Would stay again!!

The hotel was nice, but a few things stood out. Check in staff did not appear professional in dress or grooming standards. The server for wine and appetizers was particularly helpful, courteous, and professional. The rooms were average- nothing exceptional or much different from a Holiday Inn or Marriott. There was a lot of noise from outside at night- machinery, vehicles, etc. the Bar and Betts restaurant was very nice but over priced. That actually sums up our experience- nice but WAY over priced. I expect much much more for $600 per night. We will look elsewhere in the future.
