We were only at the property for a few hours, so a full review is not possible. However, the reservation was performed perfectly, and the room was comfortable and clean, not even a whiff of a problem. As we arrived a bit early, the front desk was able to hold our bags while we attended our event. Upon returning, the front entrance was “ key required “, so that was a bit of an issue as we had not received keys yet. Kind of like we had to “ double check in”. , once at 3:45, again at 11:45. We didn’t really mind, since it seemed to be for security reasons, but it was definitely not expedient. Betts restaurant on site was nice for breakfast, but didn’t open until 8:00 A. M. Location is wonderful for downtown activities, such as Cleveland baseball games. Overall, a good stay, would not mind staying again when the opportunity presents itself.

Will definitely stay ere our next time in Cleveland.
-
We stayed here for it's close proximity to Progressive field and dining. Perfect location to walk to both. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend to others if staying in the area.
-
It was an altogether okay stay. Parking was expensive and I felt like the price wasn’t worthwhile. Not even water bottle in the room

This is our second day at the hotel and it was wonderful thank you!
-
The room assigned was extremely noisy it faced an alley. Construction started at 7 am.

I blame myself for not familiarizing myself with amenities before booking. I prefer in-room coffee since I am an early riser and don’t like waiting several hours for coffee to become available. In the past I have purchased coffee and stashed it in fridge but there was no microwave to use. The second floor corner room was very loud and brightly lit from the street. The location is great for getting around downtown Cleveland and the Lake Erie area...

Parking was a bit expensive, but other than that was a great couple nights!

The restaurant is outstanding. My room never really got as cool as I’d like. It’s nicer than almost all the chain hotels, but that’s an average bar at best. I’d choose this in the future so long that the prices are low. It was a 4-star stay, not a 5-star.

Excellent location and amenities, especially the bikes

Well located hotel, but our room could have used a deep clean. Furniture and furnishings showed wear and tear. Hotel beds without actual duvets is a personal pet-peeve (wrapping a sheet around a woven blanket doesn't count, friends). Staffing was uneven. Three guys at the valet desk were busy talking to each other - didn't offer to help with bags or run interference with a guy asking for change. Night desk staff seemed equally put out by basic questions. Bartender at Bett's was lovely, helpful, friendly, present without being pushy.

Amazing shower.

Wow, fantastic place! We had one short night there, but would absolutely stay there again. Loved it!!
-
Gorgeous hotel and excellent amenities. Staff were great, too. It was a very loud room (lots of traffic noise on 9th during the night). The bed was too soft for my liking as were the pillows.
-
The hotel has a very cool vibe, is modern and clean. Our rooms were great. Spacious and comfy. The staff were super friendly, kind, and helpful, including the valet guys. We ate at the restaurant where the food was very reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend!!
