Great location near a fun neighborhood with lots of great shops, eating options and the stadiums all within a short walk. Staff was all extremely helpful and friendly (the most of the 4 hotels we stayed in over a week). The room smelled a bit upon arrival but aired out. Elevator was quick. Would definitely use again!

If you’re looking for a home base to explore downtown Cleveland, this is a good one. Walking distance to Baseball stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the waterfront park. Also the Public square and theatre district. Buffet left something to be desired during breakfast but menu choices were very good. We had a very enjoyable stay.

It was close to everything! Just keep in mind they do a hold for incidentals. They didn't tell me at check in. Make sure you have enough in your account to cover. It does get refunded in 3-5 business days

Crowne plaza is conveniently located to restaurants, theaters, progressive field, and downtown Cleveland. There is a restaurant located downstairs for breakfast and dinner. Valet service was also great!

One of the worst stays ever. I asked not to have a room next to the elevator and I was placed in a room next to the elevator; got zero sleep due to the dinging all night long. Additionally, the room itself was suboptimal with hair all in the shower, the pillowcases were even put on inside out and the plugs were literally pulled out of the wall.

This was a nice place! Stayed for one night and the only inconvenience I’d say is the lack of parking. They offer valet for 55 dollars a day but you can also park on the street and pay by meter. Other than that I enjoyed the stay.
