Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG

Check in was at 4, my room was not ready until 7. Two days in a row I woke up to cleaning women attempting to enter my room telling me to get out when I had informed staff I had back to reservations and would be staying multiple times. I was offered free valet for the inconvience of the late check in, I told them I would accept that for my stay (4 nights)!) yet was only credited one night. The ceiling was leaking in the lobby would not stay again. The room it self was beautiful but overall experience was poor.

Great stay

A nice clean hotel close to 2 sports venues in downtown Cleveland. Very safe and walkable. Several restaurants and bars in the area.

The hotel was being renovated so one of the elevators was out of order, but it didn’t create a real problem for us. The bed was so comfortable, and our dinner in the hotel restaurant was great!

Loved the location, close to Progressive field, Rocket Arena and lots of restaurants. LIked that there is a restaurant on site.

The property is dated. Our first room had no hot water. However after they had an engineer look at it, then we had no cold water & very little pressure. When we requested a new room the next morning, we were told that we had been switched to a new room the previous night but no one informed us. The hotel is decent, we just did not have a very good experience.

The rooms are clean, but old. Our shower doors were broken and slid open, the toilet paper roll was so far away from the toilet that we had to take it off the holder and place on the toilet for anyone to be able to reach it, some outlets didn't work, wallpaper coming off the walls in the bathroom, etc. Scott at the restaurant/bar was super friendly and we enjoyed his bartending, unfortunately the food that was served was cold. Overall, we wouldn't go back, but the location was near every major attraction if you're ok with just an "ok" experience.

The woman that checked us in was fantastic! She was super-friendly and quick!

The rooms were dated but very clean. Awesome Staff and they took care of all my needs. The only thing was my room didn’t have a microwave, but I know that when I make my reservation. Something that should look into in the future.

The staff was not super friendly. The valet or door staff did not help with our bags at all and most disappointingly we noticed that even when there were more elderly guests, they were not offering any help to them either. The location for our venue was great but everything else was a bit disappointing compared to our other experiences with more expensive hotels.

This was not a great hotel experience for us. The towel rack was barely attached to the wall so we couldn’t use it, and our bathroom sink was clogged and would fill to the brim, making it very challenging to do basic things such as brush out teeth or wash our hands. Our room also only had one bath towel, one roll of toilet paper (which was a nearly finished one without any replacements for it), and 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service during our stay. The only parking option was valet which ran very steep at $54/night. The positives for us are that the staff was very nice and the location was wonderful, so great reviews for them.

Room was very nice, elevator was quite slow. Beware: Vaket parking is $50.
