If you’re in town for a baseball game this is the place to be .

The place is/ has gone thru a renovation. Room 201 is a nice option to look into. Very comfortable oversized room. I'll request it in future 100% Restaurant/Bar on site. Meeting spaces. Walking distance to bars and restraunts. 24 hr snack bar offerings for a fee of course. You can get free breakfast with the room.. pick the option. Nice inner courtyard for taking a break. A solid option for Downtown Cleveland stays.

Location was great for closeness…to the ballpark. They were working on the elevators…so it was inconvenient.

Hotel was very nice. Quiet and clean. The AC worked well in the room. The hotel location was great to go to Progressive Field. Also there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. If you buy the breakfast voucher, know the food was good but they were understaffed so be patient.

The breakfast wait times are ridiculous, one member of staff on duty and waiting 55 minutes to get a cup of coffee and place our order is not acceptable, we raised a concern with reception on day one regarding this but nothing improved during our stay, coffee refills were impossible to get, we had to wait for cutlery so long the food went cold

Additionally, the room was not very clean. The bed blanket is wrapped in two sheets. This wrapping comes off easily and we were able to see how dirty the blanket was. The shower had stains and hair. I will say as a positive, the hotel is walking distance to several great attractions and restaurants. Walking to the Guardians game only took 5 min, maybe 15 min to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Twyla was always so accommodations g in the restaurant. There was a new girl working who’s name I believe was Kedisha. She was so nice and a good waitress
