The hotel over look was very nice. It didn’t feel clean.. We had two queens, one bed was clean and nicely made. The other bed had a sheet instead of a fitted sheet that was just thrown on, there was hairs and crumbs on the bed and stains on the pillow. We called for them to replace the sheets and was left on hold for a long time, then we got a text asking if we needed anything and we said the sheets need to be changed, they said they would get to it. It never happened.. it was gross, the shower had hairs in it , and there was a hole in the corking for one of the vents… for the price this was very disappointing

Easy access to everything Nothing I didn’t like

Valet parking was awful. Took 45 minutes to get our car. And the valet was full Saturday so we were on our own to find parking. The room was never serviced by housekeeping. We had to request towels every day at the front desk. In person. Because when you call the front desk, they would pick up and hang up the phone. And one ice maker for the entire hotel? The staff was fine. Not rude but definitely not friendly. Do not recommend this hotel.

The room was so dirty I had to clean it myself and every time we asked for cleaning no one came. Kids also running in the hallway early Sunday morning. Awful hotel and stay. I have reached out to their corporate multiple times and have not heard back.

This hotel is great. Always near the stadiums with easy access. Be aware parking is very high cost. Also, just because they post a check in time does not mean you will get your room. Other than that I will stay here again in a pinch.

Got one room key an hour and half after check in time. The other room key we didn’t get until we came back from the game. Staff were very rude and didn’t know what was going on. Rooms were gross, Ice machines gross will never stay again!

There is no parking near by and was required to use the valet service, which I’m assuming will be an additional charge for us. It’s really close to the guardians stadium which was very convenient. The hotel is quaint and vintage it didn’t feel that the price was worth the stay tho .

Joanne at front desk was extremely helpful. We were coming in to town for an event, and when I called her about an early check in she put me on a list, explained how parking worked when games and concerts were taking place and got us checked in immediately when we arrived early

We had to wait 2 hours after check in time to get into our hotel. The room was not clean. I found pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. The floors were not swept at all and the bed sheets looked dirty. Absolutely disgusting! This was the worst stay we’ve had by far at this hotel.

Only down fall was construction. Other than that was an amazing place.

This was not a good expierence. Room dirty with bugs in shower and staff had no authority to do anything or seem like the cared to!

The hotel is in an incredible location, directly across the street from Rocket Arena. It’s a perfect place to stay for a concert or game. It should be noted the hotel is an active construction site, and is down to one elevator. When the hotel is sold out, as it was for the concert we attended, that made elevator traffic very slow, with long lines. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and represented the hotel with class.

for going to Progressive Field for a ballgame. Just a walk across the street. Parking was expensive. They were down to one elevator in the lobby and it was super slow. Hotel room was very nice.

The Hotel was nice very convenient to Rocket Arena for a concert. Only one elevator working during a busy weekend is a little troublesome. Overall pleased with the room.

Convenient locale, Professional staff. I had an Amazon package mailed to hotel and they made sure I received it immediately. Book with confidence.

The bed and tv in the room plus the super spacious bathroom. The room was a hodgepodge of decor that maybe didn’t match. The blinds in the room were out of track making them hard to close. The hotel itself was under renovation plus not having breakfast in the morning for what you’re paying, in which others do have breakfast included is a turn off, since it’s an expectation if they stay is part of a continued roadtrip. Finally, the staff isn’t smiling, like they aren’t happy to be there. Sorry, just not a great experience.

Room was perfect. Staff friendly and attentive. Elevator is a bit slow, but they were working on them.

Closeness to Rocket Arena - clean, well kept Shower water wayyy too hot
