Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG

We really loved our stay here! Overall it exceeded our expectations. It was very convenient to get around downtown. The room was gorgeous as well as the outside courtyard. Our only critique is that we were surprised the rooms did not have a microwave. But other than that we would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was excellent try the omelette. Staff were great. Close to everything.

This hotel was absolutely amazing ! Very clean and very cute in decor . Had cute restaurant and bar . The staff was so kind and all very sweet . The hotel is in the middle of everything walking around downtown . Walking distance to “The Jake” and Jack casino . I will be booking this hotel all the time from now on when venturing back from Youngstown to Cleveland for a game or to go out . Thank you :)

Staff was friendly and stayed in touch during my Stay. Lots of places nearby to eat and shop. The House of Creole restaurant next to the hotel was spectacular.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly

The valet parking guys were great! Restaurant staff in a.m. very good. Remodeling going on. Hallway floors needed vaccuumed but room was big. Bed alittle low for my tastes but comfortable.

Had a lovely stay at the Indigo with my son as we were in town for the Guards v Blue Jays game. A great location, very walkable area to local restaurants, coffee shops and sports arenas.

This was a very basic hotel. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very small and felt a little old. Overall our stay was fine.

Room was clean. It look about a half hour for the server to take my order. There was also a yelling match in the back between members of the staff during that time. The food came out quickly after I ordered; however, the compote on my waffle was ice cold clearly coming from a can in the fridge. I don’t blame the server because the restaurant was clearly understaffed.

Only thing to highlight about this hotel is that it's downtown and close to everything. But not impressed otherwise. We arrived and the valet was full and no nearby parking available due to a lot of special events going on in downtown Cleveland. It was quite the cluster! I would not stay here again.
