Unfortunately, I can’t say anything positive about my experience with this property. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I tried contacting the property multiple times by phone and email, but I never received a response. I made several attempts to reach them and was completely ignored. This was frustrating and unacceptable, especially when I needed assistance regarding my reservation. Based on my experience with their communication and customer service, I cannot recommend this property

My Room Was Amazing Very Clean Staff Very Friendly & Helpful 10/10

We had multiple issues with our room at check in on Friday evening, it was frustrating to say the least. On Saturday morning I spoke to Priscilla at the front desk and she was so kind and helpful. She made the manager aware of the difficulties we experienced and he was also attentive and made sure the rest of our stay was wonderful.

Amazing baseball game weekend. Read bad reviews about the hotel and decided to try it anyway. My wife and I were not disappointed! Visted the vault and the Eden. We loved them both. If I had to critique anything it would be in the vault. There was a slight odor as we stepped of the elevator which seem to disappear as we got closer the the vault and the thing is the bartender wasn't keying in on our empty drink glasses at the bar even though it was not that busy. But neither of those keep us rating the hotel the way we did.

The hotel’s location was also a major plus, offering easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. In conclusion, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The Nine always is the place to stay. The price sometimes is high but you are right near everything to do in Cleveland. In the summer the rooftop bar has some great views.

Let's start with the lobby. When we walked in it smelled like heaven! The lobby was elegant and clean. Check in was so quick and easy. The staff were friendly and informative. The room was beautiful, spacious, unique, clean and had a fantastic view of Progressive Field. We plan to stay here again soon!

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at and well worth the price. Extremely clean, upgraded rooms, nice restaurants and lounges. It’s walking distance to a lot of places
