Beautiful hotel and great staff! My ONLY issue was that the indoor dog park was absolutely disgusting. Feces and urine everywhere. My service dog wouldn’t even go in.

Great option for catching a sporting event in Cleveland. Been there before and grabbed a decent breakfast in the AM. This time? They were hosting a wedding in the building — not cool for everyone else who paid to stay and get sleep. There should be a rule to rest out am entire designated floor so drunk and loud wedding guests only inconvenience themselves! Bad management decision.

Our room had an electric "fireplace" and 2 large televisions. Comfy couch and leather chair in "sitting " area, in front of fireplace. Very nice lounge and restaurants for atmosphere and relaxing. Valet parking was quick and the boys were very friendly and nice.

The location was great - handy for downtown, playhouse circle, and the sports grounds - but then so are lots of other hotels nearby. The check-in process was a bit clumsy … my bank stopped my card because the payment was taken twice. Then they couldn’t tell me what the landline phone call charges would be for me to call my (UK) bank to sort it out.

The Vault was closed on Saturday, and the rooftop was reserved for a private event. It would have been helpful to know about these closures when we checked in on Friday so we could plan accordingly. They had one elevetor running so soemtimes you would wait 15 minutes to get to and from your room. My rating reflects the price point and the level of experience I expect for a hotel in this category. see above.

The 9 is a decent hotel, but it feels a bit rundown for the price. Centro wasn't particularly impressive either. However, the staff and Valet provided excellent service, which made up for many of the hotel's other shortcomings. The Vault was closed on Saturday, and the rooftop was reserved for a private event.
