the frond desk attendant texted me and was checkin in on anything i needed which was very helpful.

Not very clean. Rooftop bar was very disappointing. There were straws on the ground and as soon as you walk in, there’s a big case to your left with old Gatorade bottle bottles in them.

Great location but do not have smart TV. So my husband and i could not relax and watch movies day after our wedding No smartTV

Great location in downtown Cleveland. Walking distance to sports events, live music, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, great resturants, and the Lake. The hotel is very elegant and well designed. It has great food, and the coolest bars. Our room was spacious and comfy. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful! Had a problem with the bedding though. The bottom sheet kept falling off since it is not fitted.

Robert and his staff were amazing. We were treated exceptionally by everyone we encountered. The hotel was unique and just what I was looking for. The food was delicious and the location perfect. We are already planning another trip. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I can’t say anything positive about my experience with this property. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I tried contacting the property multiple times by phone and email, but I never received a response. I made several attempts to reach them and was completely ignored. This was frustrating and unacceptable, especially when I needed assistance regarding my reservation. Based on my experience with their communication and customer service, I cannot recommend this property
