Residence Inn By Marriott Cleveland Downtown

It was great, if I ever were to go back to Cleveland, Ohio, I would definitely stay at the Resident Inn.

The room was one of the best I’ve stayed at. The price was reasonable. The staff were friendly. Check in process was quick. I have only one complaint, and that is the condition of the bathroom. The toilet had stains in and outside the bowl and the bathtub floor was stained and rusted, reminding me of a cheap run down apartment tub. But once again the stay was still the best in awhile. I will consider the Marriott again. Thanks

When we stay in Cleveland, we always try to stay here if possible. When not on a budget, it's a nice splurge. I see splurge because you have to pay valet $50-$60 a night for parking. That can add up. Other than that, we enjoy staying at this property because we enjoy the 2 floor rooms that have the main living area downstairs and the sleep area/bathroom upstairs. There's also a bathroom downstairs near the kitchen. Great for our family! And the fact that this property is so close to Rocket Arena is a huge plus.

This is my number one pic to stay at! I will choose no other as I used to be a customer of hotel Indigo. Terrible there! Residence you are treated like a queen. Everyone is so nice and never rude. Rooms are great, breakfast is free.

Issue with parking valet company. Overcharged and still trying to resolve.

The hotel is a bit worn around the edges (especially the bathroom), but the bed was comfortable and the rooms are extremely spacious. I wish the breakfast hours were a bit longer during the weekdays. I had arrived after midnight, and was on west coast time, which meant making the 9am cut off tricky.

Breakfast at the Residence in was very good. Hard working ladies maintaining breakfast. Parking was outrageous! They said it was 35$ and ended up being $55!! Otherwise great location for food and baseball game.

Room was stocked well with towels. Kitchen area was very clean. Rooms were a little aged!! Interesting layout at the hotel with balconies overlooking old-time stores!!

This hotel is an amazing location to Rocket Arena and Progressive Field, as well to a great area with dining and music

The staff was helpful and inviting. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The valet was convenient.

Parking was very expensive. There was no hot water in the showers. The hotel ran out of towels. Took them almost two hours to get us bedding for the pullout couch. I would not recommend staying here at all

Beautiful historic hotel that desperately needs some TLC! We loved being right in the middle of everything. Shirt walk to JACK Casino, 4th Street, House of Blues, The Arcade and more!

Location was great big rooms and cleaning staff was excellent.
