Residence Inn By Marriott Cleveland Downtown

It was a very long walk from the lobby to my room.

Pleasant

Good location. Very helpful valet parking

Breakfast was ok. Went down about 40 minutes before it was over not much food left and couldn't find any staff in dining room. They could have an attendant there as some condiments were empty and no one around to ask for mire.

The room set up in 325 was less than desirable for a family. The furniture was close together and it was difficult to move around. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

A good experience

Walkable

Place was real nice and located in a great location

Got there 2 hrs after check in and was told room wasn't ready. We found a new room and they did refund but it's still a big inconvenience.

Nice place

Exceptional

Old building and amenities showing their age.

The check in people were friendly & helpful. Valet did well. It was conveniently located. For the cost of the room I was thoroughly disappointed in the cleanliness of the hallways. Our fireplace never worked even atfter being looked at. There was what appeared to be a dead centipede that they said was a burn mark in the microwave, however anyone that sees the picture says it’s a DEAD COOKED BUG. There’s nothing in the room that lets you know to start the ice maker which was inconvenient as there’s NO ice machines in building for public. The juice machine at breakfast was broken. I feel they could have provided another alternative solution for that.

Pleasant

The location simply can’t be beat. It took three minutes to walk to Rocket Arena for the concert (the reason we were in town). It took four minutes to walk to Progressive Field to watch the Guardians game. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our four night stay. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with plenty of seating…and the staff working the buffet was friendly and engaging. The property is huge so the walk to the room was lengthy but not terrible. There are plenty of food and drink options within an easy walk. The one drawback was the lack of parking that forces use of the $50/day valet.

Clean

Very good

Nice stay

Shower railing was coming g away from the wall I would think a king suite would have the main bed and couch divided not next to each other
