Residence Inn By Marriott Cleveland Downtown

Breakfast was nothing special. The staff were very friendly and thorough and check in and out was quick! The location was very convenient to the baseball stadium and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - both easily walkable.

Room was 75 and hot our whole stay

My first stay here. Wonderful. I have a few more stays this baseball season and I can’t wait till next season when I can stay here the whole time. I used to stay at the Hotel Indigo. No more! They are awful there. Thank god for Residence Inn!

We LOVED this hotel! It’s so well maintained, and while the hotel itself is an old building, the hotel is in great shape. Beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the location was phenomenal. We are already planning our next trip to Cleveland so we can explore more.

Great location as it’s close to the arena and ballpark. Warmly greeted by staff upon check in. Breakfast was solid enough. Housekeeping only comes every other day, but the room was cleaned well when they did come. Property was well-worn. Room definitely needs new carpet. Would stay there again if I were going back for another ballgame.

The staff at this location were all incredibly kind and helpful. However the facility; though quite lovely, is in need of some updating. The chair in our room was broken as was the closet door in one of the bedrooms. The carpets have seen better days with some fraying at the edges and staining from spills both on the carpets and the couch. I am guessing that there must have been some form of party in the room before we checked in as there were still pink streamer parts attached to the ceilings in the living area and the bedroom; there were crumbs on the floor in the kitchen, and a lone sock left behind under the dining room table. Despite all of that; our stay was quite enjoyable and I would consider staying again if we are back in Cleveland.

The staff were amazing. Parking fee was ridiculous for the price paid to stay the night. Breakfast was great and staff could not have been nicer. Perfect location but cost with parking made it questionable.

Front desk staff were terrific, very friendly and helpful! Walking distance to everything! We liked everything..

Very close to bars, restaurants, and entertainment. Parking was not explained very well. We ended up Parking at the casino.
