Comfort Inn Cleveland Downtown

The hotel is definitely well worn. The curtains are dry rotted and the windows were filthy. The hotel room smelled musty and the carpet was stained. The outdoor space was also very dirty. This place really needs an update and good cleaning. Very disappointed for the price, which was similar to the nice hotels in the area.

Parking lot is really small and kind of difficult to park in. Staff is indifferent and a little rude/sassy. In general, it was not worth the $700 for 3 nights. For the quality of service, the cleanliness, and the area that surrounds it, it should be more motel priced.

We were in town for a quick one night stay and this was a great place to be!! The staff was very helpful, parking on site was good, and the facility was VERY clean.

The property is clean, and the staff is very friendly. It’s super close to the theater. The price is also right! The property could use some updating.

Was in a great location to walk to Guardians game. Property was older but well maintained. Reviews I found were on point. Good location but older property, smaller rooms.

The hotel needs to renovated and upgraded… the breakfast was not that good at all. The rooms were clean but the carpet needs to be replaced

The staff at the front desk and everyone that we encountered was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was fairly clean, the bathroom could have used a little more attention, but it was nothing to fret about. The carpet could also use an update since it was very stained in our room. The breakfast was nice for a free hotel breakfast, but listening to the kitchen workers yell loudly back and forth to each other right behind the opened door from the eating area was a bit annoying while trying to enjoy our meal. We enjoyed how walkable most of our activities and dinners were from the hotel. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but I hope that these constructive critiques will be considered by management.

Not maintained, paint coming off specially behind the doors, curtains, in bathroom and hallways . They have two vehicles as shuttles to Cleveland Clinic. One , the smaller is clean but the larger, minibus is quite dirty and dusty in a way that when driver turns on the air condition it will be hard to breathe .

We had a great time in Cleveland. Not only was the city great the hotel was pretty good too. The beds were soft and comfy and plenty of restaurants just a few minutes away. We will definitely be back!

Everything was excellent from room to breakfast and staff

I had to shower twice when I got home.

My room was too damp, extremely humid. This is a very old property, and needs major renovations, but still charges high downtown price. You don't get what you pay for. Breakfast staff was very rude. She was busy with her phone and wasn't interested in service at all.

Parking was free. Excellent location. Entirely too expensive for the quality.
