Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown

Self parking lot was a good for easy and out access. Hotel was fine for a stay during sports games. Will stay again.

Prices raised for a sporting event,the proverbial "shakedown". And for the price, it was just "ok", nothing spectacular. The associate at the desk at check-in was professional and helped on a few issues.

My room smelled of mildew, The shower rod was falling out because it was not installed properly with an anchor in the drywall. Floors were filthy, dust thick throughout the room. The refrigerator was loud and had to be turned up high in order to work. It felt as though the room had not been used in a long time. Highlight the bed was comfortable and clean, the gentleman at the desk was wonderful!

Close to Cavaliers and Guardians stadiums. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to great restaurants.

The location Housekeeping EVERYDAY, not every other day. When you are paying the same rate each day, you should receive the same service each day. The bathroom was missing a shower curtain and the sinks smelled like a sewer

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden downtown! Our room was nice, the bed was awesome! If I had one complaint, it would be that the free coffee in the cafe area was only available until 9:00am. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location of this hotel was the best!

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown for one night and paid nearly $400. At that price, especially for a Hilton, I expected much better. Check-in was difficult, and they forgot to give us our complimentary breakfast coupons. The room was poorly maintained. Furniture was badly scratched and chipped, the shower curtain had a hole, the bathtub was stained, and the caulking around the tub was deteriorated and had dark discoloration. I took photos because I couldn't believe the condition for the price. Breakfast normally costs $18 per person and was definitely not worth that. The potatoes were awful, eggs were OK, and pastries were average. We've stayed at hotels for half the price with much better free breakfasts. At checkout I mentioned the room condition and that we paid almost $400. The response was that rates are higher because the hotel is popular on weekends. That misses the point. High demand may explain the price, but it doesn't excuse poor maintenance. The location near Progressive Field is excellent, but for nearly $400, Hilton should provide a room maintained to a much higher standard. Very disappointing experience.

I liked the location. I exercise room equipment is small and the treadmill did not work.

In town for the Rush concert on 9/17. In town a little early and they had a room ready for us. They also accommodated our parking being in early and stayed a little late on Friday to visit the Rock & Roll Hall, very nice of them. Check in was smooth, our room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for walking to the Rocket Arena (or Progressive Field if in for a Guardians game). Didn't use the bar or AM breakfast so can't comment on those. I would stay again if my activities were in this local, no problems at all.

Nice clean hotel at reasonable cost. Prefect location for people going to guardian games.

The Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland is the best hotel in Cleveland. You can access anything from their centralized location.

Centrally located to the ball park for me. 5 minute walk. Front desk staff Jason is the best around. Better then staff at hotel Indigo.
