If you plan on getting there when there is a Clevland game beware! The hotel doesn't own the lot but appears to rent it out and there is not enough parking for hotel patrons. The parking also rents out to people going to the game as well. My car got hit in the lot and all management could do because I used Expedia was refund the parking and said the sign posted that states I park at my own risk means I am on my own and they don't have to provide adequate parking for patrons. I had to stuff my car in the overflow small space and it barely fit (only space available at 9pm at night on a Friday) and thus got clipped on the front when someone left. Due to it being so close to the game outside is not the cleanest. The toilet paper tube holder was completely missing from our room and there was a smudge of dirt on the bathroom wall. Breakfast was expensive so we went elsewhere. I wouldn't stay here again.

Now let's talk about the room. Floor in bathroom was obviously not swept or washed. The shampoo and body wash containers were hanging off the broken brackets. There was also no usb ports, which left us unable to charge our phones. What can I say other than how disappointed I was staying here.

Room was awesome and very nice, staff were so nice and funny. Pool was cloudy and gross

Very close to stadium

Very convenient and friendly!

Clean and friendly with a two minute walk to Progressive field

The microwave was dirty. The refrigerator didn’t work. Elevators were dirty. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and hair in the bathtub.

This was a typical city hotel, a little less than the quality I expect from Hilton. The inside looked better than outside. Our room smelled musty and damp, that part bothered me. Hot tub was broken and pool didn’t look very clean. We got towels from the fitness center since there weren’t any at the pool. Other than that everything was clean and modern looking. This hotel is in a great location across from progressive field. The hotel let us park early before the guardians game without being charged twice for parking.

Best moderately priced hotel in the downtown area. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was amazing. Within steps of Progressive field if you're in town for a game. Also within walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, West side market and mist downtown attractions. Parking come with a price but was easy. A Breakfast buffet is available but was $18 a person. We chose local options instead. We lived our stay.

The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable. Parking is available but the parking isn't free with your stay, they charge it as part of the "incidentals" and a buffet breakfast in the dining area is $18/person in the morning. I expected it might be somewhat dated, but I was disappointed with my stay and won't be booking Hilton again. If you're looking for an EXCELLENT breakfast downtown, I recommend Yours Truly in Playhouse square.

The hot tub not operating, water in the pool felt not clean and cloudy, probably filters not cleaned for long time! Won’t pay any dollars for this property next time!

Bartender rude and acted like anything we asked for was never heard of. Otherwise okay ataff

The Jacuzzi was broken. The ice machine was broken. The in-room coffee maker was broken. And when it came time to depart the parking lot, the gate arm would not allow me to leave.

The hot tub was out of service which was a bummer as I chose the pool/Jacuzzi over another place. Front desk (Jason) was awesome and Bertha the cleaning lady got me a bottle opener.

Wonderful. Jason at front desk was so kind. We arrived around 1:30 and he found us a room available right away, and with a city view! (He also gave us free breakfast for the next morning, which we slept in too late to use, but still nice) We came into town for a Guardians game, so it was wonderful to see Progressive Field out the window. And walked only a few minutes to the stadium. Room was nice. Hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Will stay again for sure.

Not happy we had to pay 22.00 for overnight parking. If that was disclosed upfront we would have chosen another location.
