Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown

Comfortable, quiet, and clean.

Quick one night stay for a ballgame. Great location to Progressive Field. Room seemed clean, bed was comfortable, pillows I prefer them to be firmer than they were. Shower water pressure is what you get in hotels. Worth the stay.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times. Our room, #215 needs some maintenance. We came into the room, and the toilet didn’t flush. We called the front desk and maintenance was up in a few minutes and fixed it. There was nasty stain in the bathtub. It wasn’t dirty but a new tub is definitely needed. It looks gross. The bathroom faucet was funky and you had to move it around to shut it off. Definitely need a remodel/update in this room. For one night it was ok

Came to town for a baseball game, walking distance to stadium.

Pool was a bit dirty, but it didn't stop my boys from having a blast swimming. Great location if you're catching a Guardians game.

Upon arriving to the hotel we were impressed with how well it looked walking in, Check into our room to realized we did not have enough towels for all guests, we asked for more and were told they would be sent up to our room, they never arrived. No trash bags in the trash cans, which is fine just more work for the cleaning crew. Beds were Decent but the top covers definitely did not get changed or well cleaned, we had stains on both top bedding covers.

Location! Location! Location! Directly across from the Guardians stadium and the Rock Hall is straight down the street. On site parking and a very comfortable room.

Hotel was definitely very tired. The room we stayed in the blinds were cut so they didn't cover the window and the street light made it hard to sleep

We were in town to visit for a few days. Progressive field is right there and the hotel was so close to everything with walking distance and if you wanted to go explore the other site seeing things within downtown Cleveland it was only a couple minutes away. Great location!

We always stay here when we’re in town for a ball game. Staff is friendly. Facilities are good. Hot tub was down on this visit which was the only downer

We love this hotel, close to the ball field and staff are always friendly. The only bad part is the parking lot, half the time there are issues with the arm raising up so you can get in and out.

Location to downtown. We were able to walk to the downtown area and leave our car parked. Confusing when checking on where to stop and go In

The best part of this hotel was that it was right across the street from the baseball stadium.

This is downtown Cleveland, right across from Progressive Field. I didn’t walk around the neighborhood, but the parking lot had security, and the hotel itself was charming and classy like I’ve come to expect from Hilton. I did struggle a bit trying to leave the lot. (Couldn’t find the code.)
