Barebones-no breakfast, or amenities but bed very comfortable, room quiet, good for sleeping. A good deal for the money

Advertised as having breakfast —none provided. I chose based largely on this criteria and ws therefore mislead. Very unfortunate

Location Everything. Room door locks were broken, lights came on when they wanted to, tv remote back missing, room had an order, floors needed cleaning, beds hard, pillows hard, walls look like they had mold on them. I went and got cleaning supplies to make the room decent for my pregnant daughter to sleep in.

The TV worked. The price was the same as Home Town Suites, but like night and day in cleanliness. Not worth at any price, but it was late & we were tired. No breakfast as advertised. Dirty surroundings. Didn't dare use their towels & couldn't take a shower. The sink was in need of repair. They packed customer service. No one at reception counter no matter how much one called. They don't care for a good review, or they would strive to clean the rooms & train personnel for good customer service. Good leaders would take action immediately. They can learn from Home Town Suites.

It was convenient didn't cost much and near the highway. It stink, had roaches and wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

Saw a roach in my room within the first 20 minutes of checking in.

I liked where the location was, the shower was hot and how peaceful and quiet it was. I didn't like that there was a strand of hair already in the bed when I pulled the sheets back. I was also itchy throughout the night sleeping under those exact sheets.

I reserved 2 for non smoking & when arrived was told I got smoking had to prove I was right but rooms was nothing like photos bed was uncomfortable & pillows was garbage the my other room had bed bugs strips
