Holiday Inn Express Clinton by IHG

I stayed here with my kids for several nights when visiting family. First, I was floored at how welcoming the front desk staff, Will, was when we arrived late in the evening. It felt like he was actually glad to see us! Each day the staff asked how we were doing, if we needed anything. The room was a perfect size for me and my two kids. At the time we were there, a high school football team was also staying there for camp. The hotel was so quiet, we never heard anything! A true testament to the hotel and the team coaches. The cherry on top? Breakfast. The breakfast each morning was great! There was something for each of my kids. The last morning amazing staffer Will came in clutch again and gave up his pancakes so my son could have them and not have to wait for more to be made. We will definitely stay here again.

Room 212 was so much bigger and nicer than expected. I didn’t arrive until 3am. They accommodated me. We stayed at a luxury hotel in New Orleans the next day. All I could think about was how much nicer this was in comparison. Your hotel even offered Dove soap products. 10/10. Will always stay here.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable The breakfast wasn't great and coffee wasn't available at any time except breakfast

Brian(front desk)was extremely welcoming, however the owner of this facility displayed negative interaction with people of color. I I will definitely file a complaint with BBB as well

Bedrooms were clean but older

I like staying here because of friendly and competent staff, easy parking and check-in, and always a clean comfortable room. Good places to eat nearby too.

It is not a place we would return to.

The location Had a ceiling fan in queen room 419

It was wonderful everything was perfect! I slept comfortably. The breakfast was delicious. The staff we're very professional. The location was great. The only thing I did not like was the elevator was super slow. At one while it stopped altogether, and a worker had to reset the breaker to get it started again.But thank God, no one was on it.

The breakfast was terrible. The sausage and the biscuits tasted old. We go to Clinton Mississippi several times a year for family. We will probably stay at a different hotel next time.

Clean room, great breakfast selection, well lit parking

I enjoyed the breakfast, loved the indoor pool, and found the housekeeping staff to be incredibly responsive and friendly. Areas for improvement include the front desk service and room cleanliness. When I went to the desk to express a concern, the employee in training was listening intently, but the trainer cut me off and abruptly said housekeeping would come assist. While I appreciated the solution, I also wanted to feel heard as a guest. The room itself had not been thoroughly cleaned, as I found hair and food on the floor and sink. I normally wipe down hotel rooms myself and wasn't going to complain, but there were simply too many issues for the price I paid

Everything from check-in to check out. It was awesome.

The pool was indoors

The hotel was fine unfortunately we came on a weekend where a 7 on 7 football team was practicing in there rooms until after 1 am. I messaged the front desk twice.
