Nice, quiet, clean facility, staff was helpful

Clean room

This was our best hotel of our entire vacation. ADA room was huge. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff extremely courteous.

There was poop in the pool , they got it out and said that's the only way they clean it. We got trapped in the elevator and their response is ya it happens off and on . The keys had to be redone each day even tho we had a week booked . The breakfast was great the people were nice . The pool and work out room are in a separate building which they had no towels and didn't looked like they get cleaned often (poop in the pool

All was good. The toilet could be taller! I felt like I was on the floor and I am only 5’3

breakfast was ok.. cooking staff a male seemingly of Asian descent was extremely rude. Telling us we could only get one pancake while others weren't limited. However The front Desk staff was absolutely amazing William B. was very inviting, welcoming,eager to help,and catered to each customer with respect.

The only issue I had was the bed was very uncomfortable. I told the office and they said they were going to replace the mattress. I hope so.

Room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The employees were friendly. Breakfast was okay. We would stay here again if passing through.

I stayed here with my kids for several nights when visiting family. First, I was floored at how welcoming the front desk staff, Will, was when we arrived late in the evening. It felt like he was actually glad to see us! Each day the staff asked how we were doing, if we needed anything. The room was a perfect size for me and my two kids. At the time we were there, a high school football team was also staying there for camp. The hotel was so quiet, we never heard anything! A true testament to the hotel and the team coaches. The cherry on top? Breakfast. The breakfast each morning was great! There was something for each of my kids. The last morning amazing staffer Will came in clutch again and gave up his pancakes so my son could have them and not have to wait for more to be made. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, comfy bed, nice keurig in room, fresh

Room 212 was so much bigger and nicer than expected. I didn’t arrive until 3am. They accommodated me. We stayed at a luxury hotel in New Orleans the next day. All I could think about was how much nicer this was in comparison. Your hotel even offered Dove soap products. 10/10. Will always stay here.

Brian(front desk)was extremely welcoming, however the owner of this facility displayed negative interaction with people of color. I I will definitely file a complaint with BBB as well

Bedrooms were clean but older

I like staying here because of friendly and competent staff, easy parking and check-in, and always a clean comfortable room. Good places to eat nearby too.

It is not a place we would return to.

The breakfast was terrible. The sausage and the biscuits tasted old. We go to Clinton Mississippi several times a year for family. We will probably stay at a different hotel next time.
