It’s an okay property.

Clean room, pretty standard anenities. No complaints

The key card reader was not working and the staff were need to open the door to our room. They were helpful. The breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon were good. The cleaning staff were very friendly.

Amazing and helpful staff

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The entire place was very clean. The room was big, with a nice large tv, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had quite a few hot and cold options plus fruit and was perfect for me. The only complaint I have is the mini fridge didn't get/keep anything very cold and the freezer section barely chilled ice packs.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. We were guests for 2 nights. We received towels after we requested them. Very disappointed in the hotel procedures for keeping room clean. I will not recommend the property to any out of towners. It is my hope hotel management will review the standards for hotel cleanliness.

Clean room and location great

I have a concern: The fitted sheet&mattress pad were not wide or long enough to cover the bare mattress about 4.5” on my side of the bed. Regular King sheets/mattress pads will not fit California king mattresses.

Very nice place. The desk lady saw us bringing in our luggage and went ahead to the elevator and held it for us! So nice.

The room was clean but we only had one partial roll of toilet paper. The girl at the desk was very accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good.

Rooms were clean, but night staff was disrespectful during my check-in.

Everything was very nice about this hotel except the screaming kids in the pool. The parents didn't even care that there were other adults in the pool. Not really the fault of the hotel but bad parenting.

We've stayed at this property several times in the past when we visit the area. This time we noticed that they were possibly doing some renovations since there were shipping containers in the parking lot. We did notice that the landscaping was very neglected including at the arrival entrance. The bushes were very overgrown. Only one elevator was working at the time of our visit which caused us to use the stairs for much of our visit since we were on the 2nd floor. The shower is nice but the door should be adjusted because the door pushes open into the shower which causes the water to get on the floor and soak the bath math when entering. (if the water is already on) We needed extra towels one day and a member of the housekeeping staff was very attentive and took care of our needs. The hot breakfast was sufficient for our needs. This property is very close to the highway and local gas stations, grocery stores, and a few restaurants.

The hotel was clean, but the door on our room would not lock properly. The lady at the desk was kind.
