They treated me like they didn’t care! You could tell the staff didn’t want to be there!

Prepaid for king room with breakfast 7/2-7/5. Arrive to room#213 and there is no remote control for tv. Asked at front desk and after they questioned me about tv brand, they found one. Shower pan very dingy and grey even after I cleaned it myself. Fridge was barely cool, never cold. In room keurig dod not work. Table chipped and headboard had multiple scratches, peeling. The blinds had to be operated by hand to roll up and roll down- no strings to pull and small tear in blind. We were told no room cleaning for 3 days. Someone picked up out towels on the 4th and we were not given more until we went to front desk to retrieve some several hours later.No hot breakfast on 4th and no refund. Happy hour was lively!! I felt like we were given worst and last of last room although reservation was well in advance. Feels like a booty call hotel for 1 night.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had several issues during our four day stay. The drain in our shower kept coming off completely which cause a hazard in the shower. The coffee maker in our room was broken and leaves water all over the counter. We asked to have it replaced which maintenance did very quickly. Unfortunately the new coffee maker they gave us was also broken and not usable. Our room was also not cleaned during our entire stay. Someone came and removed all of the towels but did not make the bed, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels or washcloths. When we went to the front desk to make them aware they said that they would let housekeeping know of the issue and handed me a stack of towels.

It was a fantastic experience

The bed was great. Room very nice. Shower great. I was able to get food and not have to leave the hotel to go out and the food was very good. I would recommend this hotel over the rest in that area. Thank you for a nice stay.

The hotel was immaculate. Staff were all very friendly!

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The pool was closed The day I arrived but opened up the next day, but I didn't have time to use the facility. The website I booked through had incorrect information about breakfast being included in the stay. It was an additional cost but the available food was varied and very good. The only negative was that the bed was a little hard for my liking.

The tv did not work. We reported it two of the three nights. Once a lady came and fixed it. The next night no one came. There were 3 plugs for recharging phones etc. only one worked.
