When we arrived the room had bedbugs. They moved us to a different room and it had bugs and the pullout couch bed was so nasty that we refused to stay. The owner Jay refused to give our money back even tho we did not stay in his filthy motel. He said he would but he refused when contacted to give our money back. I wouldn’t recommend staying here because they definitely have bedbugs and are not decent people.

My granddaughter got glass in her foot around the pool. My son slipped on the steps in the pool as they were so slick. The couch in the rooms must have been 50 years old, faded and worn and sagged. The floor in the hall on the 3rd floor were in terrible condition

The photos online look nothing like the actual property, it is run down and honestly looks like something from a horror movie. We went with a different hotel after seeing the property.

I'm usually the type "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all" but I believe some things need to be corrected and the dirty floor is definitely one of those. We appreciated that this was a pet friendly hotel and the smell in the room didn't smell like animal waste, just very musty like moldy stuff. But its a fact that even WITHOUT animals staying in the rooms, the floors should definitely be being mopped thoroughly between each and every guest.

This hotel was very dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. The toilet in my room did not work. The microwave was very dirty like it had not been cleaned out after every use. I was traveling across country and stayed at a Motel 6 that was cleaner than this one for the same price. There was paint missing on the walls. The rooms were dirty, not wiped down. My family was with me. We rented three rooms. All were the same. I have pictures to prove this. There was a chunk of black hair in the elevator. They did a survey right when we booked it and got into the rooms and I put that the rooms were dirty and the front desk never responded. I was very uncomfortable with sleeping here, but it was nonrefundable. do yourself a favor and search for a different hotel. Don’t stay at this one.

The lobby and whole first floor smelled like weed. The lock on the door in our room was broken. I might've gotten a better sleep on the floor than the bed since the bed was harder than any mattress I've ever laid on and I'm one to enjoy a firm mattress. Continental breakfast was literally cereal, toast amd Sunny D. Staff wasnt super friendly.

Very nice my only complaint was the exhaust fan in the bathroom rattled. My 2nd time staying. I will stay again.

Breakfast was to start at 6am. I went down at 630am and no coffee and no employees. Continue to go down every 15 minutes ringing bell and never anyone coming. Finally a worker showed at 8am then was very rude when asked for coffee. As we were packing to leave water started flowing in from wall across floor. Went to get staff and she came and said “well theres nobody next door so it must be coming down wall from upstairs, so be careful” Not even an offer for towels or a mop to clean up water. Once again such a danger especially with a handicap spouse. I stay in hotels a lot due to work and pleasure and have never experienced this in my 60yrs.

Nice place I would stay there again

The hotel was gross. The walls were drawn on, the pull out mattress was black and there were no sheets. And the towels were dirty. Also the lock was broken, it smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes right before we got there

One lamp didn’t work in the room and toilet hit wall, bathroom door rubbed the floor when shutting- a little TLC on room 209 would be nice.

I booked this room for a night for me and my family. First time walking through the door i instantly knew i should have booked elsewhere. The receptionist proceeded to take all info to get the keys he acted as if he didn’t even want to touch my driver license. as we proceeded to the room it was terrible from the time we got on the elevator the room had a smell it just appeared as nasty i didn’t even want to touch anything as my partner checked the corners of the bed and the sheets it was disgusting as if the sheets weren’t washed or anything we immediately went downstairs explained wanting a refund the receptionist refused as if he had a better room for us i said fine let’s see but i already knew i wasn’t staying we proceeded to the next room and it was the same feeling of course we checked the corner of the bed and it was a bunch of blacks spots as well as a freaking bug crawled from under by the pillows i was so disgusted immediately left and got a refund and for a person to not want to touch my driver license owns this disgusting hotel. i don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel
