Quality Inn & Suites Clinton - Jackson West

A drunk woman tried to break into my room at 3am. I yelled at her and told her that I had a weapon and she went away.

Not great, not good breakfast

Disgusting property. Paid extra for a non smoking room it smelled like smoke, the sheets and blankets were covered in cigarette burns. Advertised a pool and hot tub. They were both closed and honestly if they were open I wouldn't get in it or allow my kids to get in because the place was so gross. Room was not clean and the bathroom was even worse. There was something smeared on the wall. It looked like blood or possibly feces. They had breakfast but we did not get any. The facility was too gross and we didn't trust the food to be prepared in a sanitary way.

The manager at the desk was helpful and the room was ok. Could have been a little cleaner and in better shape.

Location. Shower pressure Pillows. Blanket on bed was ripped. Sheets stained. Pool closed. Outside light coming in around door. Used wash cloth left hanging in bathroom.

The location The room smelled like wet carpet. The bed felt damp, the towels felt damp. The smell was horrible. Place is dated.

Clean room quiet and safe.

The beds were comfortable & location. The room was dirty. There was hair all over the tub and walls. There was splatters of stuff on the walls, everything felt sticky. The tv did not work and the lamp was broke. The whole place just felt dirty.

A large party of migrant day workers were being housed in nearby rooms and were milling around our parked vehicles drinking beer and having loud conversation into late evening hours when patrons were trying to sleep! Poor experience and don’t recommend staying there!

Update the property and repair the pool.

The clerk was overwhelmed. I waited 20 min before I was checked in. There was no parking available near my room.

The room was fine.It accomplished my purpose of an overnight stay while on a long road trip. I just did not feel totally comfortable or safe while staying there. And I probably would not stay there again

It was right off the highway. House keeping could have been better

The refrigerator looked molded on the outside door... ?

My room was very clean in orderly

We couldn’t breathe after being in there several hours. The smell was quite musty. The internet connection never let us logon. I seriously do not recommend it at all.

Not really First room, air conditioner didn't work.both rooms were semi-clean. Breakfast was below expectations.
