Had a stopped up toilet and was told where to get the plunger from so I could do it myself

Location and price Room was run down. Was a no smoking but smelled like an ashtray. Was not very clean. Seems like they had people living in the rooms next to us. They were very loud with music and smoking the devils lettuce. The pool was closed and looked like it had not been open in months

This property needs a complete overhaul. The carpet was filthy. The hair dryer was hanging off the wall by one screw. I would avoid it at all costs.

It was a nice and all around place to stay

staff member was rude and dont know how greet guest. needs more parking for trucks with trailers. I reserved a non smoking room but only smoking was available.

First room was not clean and the phone, clock and microwave were not in the room. The second room was better, but there was sticky candy stuck to the floor. Returned to the room in the evening to find that my room key did not work and my room had not been refreshed. The front desk person was uninterested in addressing the issue; he actually chuckled when I reported the issues. The free breakfast is a very sparse continental breakfast. Given that this is a budget hotel, my expectations were in the basement. They didn’t even meet the bare minimum cleanliness and staff support standards. I have stayed here 6-8 times over the last few years, and they normally at least hit the minimum expectation. This stay they did not and I probably will pay a little more to stay elsewhere in the future.

No ice in the ice machine which was next to the non-functioning pool and hot tub. Only one for the entire premises. Things were broken, dirty, kind of gross.

Not much The room was not clean. The armchair in the room smelt terrible! Literally, I could not sit in the chair it smelt so bad. The carpet was dirty, the lampshades were dusty and just did not feel like anyone had paid any attention to it in the last six months.

First room was not clean and had no phone, clock or microwave. The second room was decent except for the wad of candy stuck to the floor. Room was not refreshed after the first night and the front desk person blew it off (“I guess they didn’t feel like cleaning your room”). The “breakfast” was also very sparse. Even for a budget hotel stay, this one was disappointing.
