Comfort Inn & Suites Clinton - Jackson West

When I checked in at 4pm my room was not ready even tho check in was at 2pm. There was spilt milk and cereal on the floor of the breafast area that had obviously been there since morning. My room must have been over the swimming pool because the sound of screaming children echoed up through my bathroom floor so loudly it sounded like i was at the pool with them. My fabric shower curtain was in desperate need of a wash as it was showing signs of mold. Bathroom lighting was pathetic and the mirror and walls were dirty. The room itself was pretty clean but thr dish network channels that were available were very staticy and the picture was very bad.

The micowave was 🔥 up not working. The property was very outdated not well maintained mold in the shower torn carpets in the room key cards not working on the outer doors. This property was not maintained too the standards you would expect for the comfort inn brand. Would have left but I couldn't get .y money-back. Please remove from website..

It’s well kept an quiet

The way i booked a room ahead n confirmed it and when i got there they told me they didnt see my reservation. So i had to pay again and didn't get a refund.

The TV didn't work in our room. We switched to another room. Then we realized in the middle of the night that our air didn't work good. We sweated all night. The indoor pool and hot tub were terrible. They both felt like an ice bath and the water you could not even see through. It was impossible to swim so the kids were disappointed.

My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was okay, to say the least. The room itself was decent, but there were a few issues that made the stay inconvenient. The phone in my room didn’t work, so when I needed assistance, I had to go all the way back downstairs to speak with someone. On top of that, the elevator button was broken. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but there is definitely room for improvement with maintenance and making sure everything in the rooms is working properly.

No cable and no option for digital platforms on the tv. Had a few local channels

Avoid this place, it was the worse place to stay. The rooms were smelly and the hotel smells like weed.

Poor parking. Cigarette burns in sheets and curtains. Would not honor my rewards card. Insisted i put a card down even though there was one already put in by engine.

The lady at the front desk when I checked in was absolutely immaculate!! She was amazing and so nice and professional!! Can’t remember her name ! Sunday or Monday morning my partner and I were eating breakfast and the staff that was present were very unprofessional and inconsiderate of everyone that was sitting and eating breakfast saying very vulgar things like “you got me fu*ked up” and much more cussing very loud and at the check in desk. No one corrected them or made them stop so myself my partner and a few other people got up and went back to our rooms. There were children present I do believe. Very unprofessional. Also the pool was green

The next morning I brought these issues to the attention of the staff. The staff was understanding about the situation and I was given a different room for night two which I greatly appreciated. Issue here is that in listening to their conversation amongst each other and with a gentleman who walked in later, the problems in the room were known and had occurred previously. I’m not certain on how recent. The second night of my stay was better.

The door to our room was connected directly to another room and neither door would lock.

The staff was yelling all in the lobby . The bathroom was not really clean .& the hotel did not give comfort

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well.

I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable on something that doesn’t look clean. The bathroom needs remodeling. The vanity was worn with streaks of some type of liquid spilled down the front of it. The shelves under the sink were dusty and nasty looking. I was deceived, because the room looked nothing like the picture. It was not worth the money I paid! I could have gone to motel for what I got at the Comfort Inn. Clean the place up and do some remodeling. People don’t want to pay over a hundred dollars a night, and don’t feel comfortable staying there
