Comfort Inn & Suites Clinton - Jackson West

Poor parking. Cigarette burns in sheets and curtains. Would not honor my rewards card. Insisted i put a card down even though there was one already put in by engine.

The next morning I brought these issues to the attention of the staff. The staff was understanding about the situation and I was given a different room for night two which I greatly appreciated. Issue here is that in listening to their conversation amongst each other and with a gentleman who walked in later, the problems in the room were known and had occurred previously. I’m not certain on how recent. The second night of my stay was better.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well.

I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable on something that doesn’t look clean. The bathroom needs remodeling. The vanity was worn with streaks of some type of liquid spilled down the front of it. The shelves under the sink were dusty and nasty looking. I was deceived, because the room looked nothing like the picture. It was not worth the money I paid! I could have gone to motel for what I got at the Comfort Inn. Clean the place up and do some remodeling. People don’t want to pay over a hundred dollars a night, and don’t feel comfortable staying there

manager Lied to about jacuzzi not working, staff never mentioned it at checkin, pool was filthy, curtain was ripped, door lock was difficult to use, desk refused to give new key card, Will seek partial refund. Would not have stayed if I had known condition of pool and jaccuzzi. Didn't clean room based on a text received much later.

Breakfast was good. Rooms clean. The air condition was leaking & they promptly moved us to another room.

The staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The entire establishment was very clean. I truly enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend it to anyone needing a hotel stay in the Clinton/Jackson area.

Room was not cleaned properly. Exhaust vent inside bathroom was full of dust which is easily accessible for cleaning. Under bed and behind night stands haven't been cleaned in a long time. Floor inside bathroom had not been swept or moped. A/C did not work in room 415 either. Staff was great tho

It was decent for a one night stay. I wouldn’t stay again. It’s an older hotel, that definitely needs some upgrades. It’s a lot of wear and tear throughout the property.

I enjoyed my brief stay. Everything was nice and clean. The staff were all helpful. 10/10 experience. It has become my favorite hotel in the Clinton/Jackson area! This was my third time staying here in two years. Always the same experience.

The stay was wonderful! The staff were nice and polite. I plan to return and stay again.

Nothing . The staff was soooooo rude . Nothing worked ..no tv..no internet ..no phone worked . My keys to my room never worked ..staff kept letting me in . I was extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel is gross, blood stains on pillows also on the curtains as well and to top it off the biggest cockroach we have ever seen at 2am when I woke up to use the bathroom was crawling across the floor we immediately grabbed our things and got the heck out of there. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Everything was great and everyone was very friendly and professional
