Comfort Inn & Suites Clinton - Jackson West

The staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The entire establishment was very clean. I truly enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend it to anyone needing a hotel stay in the Clinton/Jackson area.

The location is great and it was very clean. I would like for it to be some cream cheese for the bagels and my room door hard to close due to the carpet being too thick under the door. It still is a Great place to stay. The door to the room was hard to open and need cream cheese for the bagels. The orange juice was bad.

Room was not cleaned properly. Exhaust vent inside bathroom was full of dust which is easily accessible for cleaning. Under bed and behind night stands haven't been cleaned in a long time. Floor inside bathroom had not been swept or moped. A/C did not work in room 415 either. Staff was great tho

It was decent for a one night stay. I wouldn’t stay again. It’s an older hotel, that definitely needs some upgrades. It’s a lot of wear and tear throughout the property.

I enjoyed my brief stay. Everything was nice and clean. The staff were all helpful. 10/10 experience. It has become my favorite hotel in the Clinton/Jackson area! This was my third time staying here in two years. Always the same experience.

Nothing . The staff was soooooo rude . Nothing worked ..no tv..no internet ..no phone worked . My keys to my room never worked ..staff kept letting me in . I was extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel is gross, blood stains on pillows also on the curtains as well and to top it off the biggest cockroach we have ever seen at 2am when I woke up to use the bathroom was crawling across the floor we immediately grabbed our things and got the heck out of there. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The employees were very friendly, the breakfast was good. Great location! The rooms and the hallways smelled moldy. There were stains on certain items in the room. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom would randomly fall out of place, they were not attached properly.

Nothing worked… hot tub broken… tv in the room broken…. Air conditioner broken….

First room, they hear me in the air conditioner did not work the second room they move me too had a leak in the window Most of the staff members were warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful

Decent place to stop for the night. Slept comfortable. Nice staff

Very dirty and smelly! The pool was closed and never opened; despite the manager promising it would be. The television didn’t work; employees told the manager to call the provider to have it fixed but the manager refused to call DishTV to fix it. There was dried blood on the sheets and soaked through to the mattress pad. Staff members were helpful in trying to fix the issues, but the manager KC Lee was rude, dismissed our concerns, and denied us a refund multiple times. He never offered a different room and even said he wouldn’t allow us to check out and go to a different hotel. He then tried to say it was our fault that we didn’t let anyone know about these issues immediately; despite the fact the staff standing there confirmed we complained and even showed him photos. After 30 minutes of arguing, he was only willing to provide a partial refund. Expedia called him directly and ONLY THEN was he willing to refund the entire amount but walked away and hid in his office. After 20 more minutes, he wouldn’t check us out of the room until I again asked for him to and provide some type of receipt to show our stay was cancelled. He still refused to provide any paperwork, told my daughter “stop chatting” and demanded we leave. So we never got any paperwork but thankfully Expedia quickly processed the refund and sent me documentation. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again and I sincerely hope the corporate office visits the property and deals with this extremely rude manager.
