The room was pretty clean but obviously dated. No bugs so that was a plus. The smile alarm kept going off for no reason but they did come and tell us there was no smoke. Noisy at night with traffic.

A typical motel told expect but nicer- our tub drained very slow and pain was peeling off walls but the walk to beach was convenient 4mins

Was close to the pier and beach. Room seemed to be clean. Prices were reasonable. Didn’t exactly agree with the whole pay to park. Other than that wasn’t a bad place to stay. Would recommend!

WISH THERE HAD BEEN LOTION IN THE STATEROOMS. LOCATION IS GREAT! MATILDA ON THE BREAKFAST TEAM GETS A HUGE SHOUT OUT. SHE WAS PERSONABLE AND ALWAYS MOVING!

Nice hotel in a great location next to Cocoa Beach and the pier. Worst thing was the abysmal shower. You practically had to work to get wet due to very poor water pressure and just a very weak shower.

Overall nice simple clean place to stay. Nothing fancy. We stayed here the night before our cruise. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was mediocre. My kids were disappointed because there wasn’t any protein, or a waffle maker. (No eggs or bacon or sausage… etc. It was all bread. Cereal. Biscuits and gravy. They had some oranges and apples, and fruit juice.) Again, things weren’t awful, but they weren’t great either. The staff was wonderful and allowed us to do a late checkout, and held our bags until we left. Overall, a decent but not super great stay. Fantastic staff, limited breakfast, 2 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach pier with kids.

Staff was friendly and quick to help . Breakfadt was good and rotated daily. The only issue we had was the toliet in our room was full secured to the floor and moved alot. The other thing that bothered me is upon arrival we had to pay to park while we stayed at this hotel.
