This place was extremely the best experience I had!

Clean room, staff was nice no soap in rooms so bring soap.

Definitely a nice stay! Staff was very friendly, helpful and very close to the pier.

*If the listing still says there is a poolside restaurant and beach loungers -this is incorrect and something the hotels has been trying to get Expedia to take down. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach for a reasonable price.

The hotel is dated but kept well. The ocean view was nice and the staff was friendly.

This place is a hidden GEM in Cocoa Beach! Ot was our first time staying here, booked it on a whim for just one night at the beach. We got in town early and they held our bags for us so we could go shopping and hang out on the beach until our room was ready. The room was clean, with a great view of the beach. Acces to the beach

This is a very nice hotel and the beach view from the balcony is incredible. Check in was easy and the elevator and ice station are nicely located. Only issues I had were hot water in the shower was not hot when I attempted to shower. I think it was just the demand as I tried it the next morning and it was hot then, just not when I wanted it. The other thing was a light that flashed in the smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm. It flashed a couple times a minute and was distracting when first trying to sleep. Other than that everything was very nice.

Property was pretty good. We’ve stayed here several times. The GM of the property straight lied to us about room availability which he later admitted to. All I ask is tell us the truth so we can make informed decisions about our situation. Otherwise pretty good experience.

Great view, rooms were clean. Comfortable hotel for an affordable price. The balconies weren’t very private, I wasn’t able to my balcony door to lock, and there’s no top lock on the main door. I was traveling alone as a female and it felt somewhat unsafe. The beach access could use a lot of work.

Good morning breakfast was phenomenal The cleanliness of the room was not good. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the room actually had a stench to it

We had a great stay. Rooms are updated and very clean with a great viewof the courtyard and beach.. Great location with beach access.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made sure we knew about the breakfast the next morning which was great! It was a 1 night stay after a cruise and really didn’t use the pool. Beach view nice but the pier nearby was not friendly. Would not even allow a water bottle on our walk.

Check-in was super fast. The room was clean and AC felt wonderful. We love staying here. The pool area is so nice. The short walk to the pier is a plus.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and were able to travel to NASA and Orlando easily. The hotel is in a great location with easy beach access. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
