Room was very nice. Bed was more comfortable than most hotels I have experienced. Nice view of the beach. Only negative was the small refrigerator sitting on the floor.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay with the exception of the bartender. She definitely isn’t a kid friendly person. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options for everyone. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated how kid-friendly the hotel was. The only thing I would change is that the AC in our room didn’t get as cold as we would have liked. However, it wasn’t enough to affect our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly hotel with great staff and a fantastic beachfront location, I highly recommend staying here.

The only downside was the noisy ac coming on and all evening and night. If you are a light sleeper beware.

The hotel itself was clean and well-mainained, the staff was excellent, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and gave us a good start to each day. The location is great, too, right next to the pier. We had a fantastic experience!

I thought everything was lovely. The rooms were very clean. The pool was amazing. The front desk was very helpful and the Ice machines had ice and were functioning well. No complaints!

Breakfast was not very tasteful. Late check in due to lack of housekeepers. We usually enjoy the day early at this resort, but we had toast after 5pm to check in.

Online it said we would have access to beach umbrellas and towels. When I went to the beach umbrella and setup my stuff, a guy came over and told us that it was $15/day. He was also very rude about it.
