I appreciate every effort they took to help me with my group since we drove over 16 hours to get there. I am grateful and will book with them again That I was charged an additional fee for cleaning when we cleaned the rooms ourselves

Awkward hottub, cold pool. Nice size, clean room, but overpriced.

Upon arrival I was disappointed with the host, he was not personable and seemed agitated. Having to fill out a digital form for parking seemed a bit excessive also, but whatever. The toilets, at least in my room, were outrageously tall. I am nearly 6 ft and my feet dangled, quite uncomfortable. Otherwise the breakfast was good, property was clean, no carpet in the rooms which is a huge bonus in my opinion, daily housekeeping without asking, another win and I barely heard anything from other rooms so it was pleasantly quiet.

Clean and safe Somehow my room was given to someone else with my name that was supposed to be at another Holiday Express. It took over an hour and a half to finally get it resolved and get me another room. Since I booked through Booking they couldn’t give me a refund and had to wait until they couldn’t get us a room with a sleep sofa. Just hard after driving 8 hour
