Great location. Right near the distillery and brewery, awesome coffee shops nearby, beach access, hot breakfast, hot showers. The mattresses and pillows are not great but almost everything else is. The fish restaurant is awesome just a few feet off prem. Really great for the money. Driving distance to many attractions.

Location, location, location. Wow the location is amazing! Front desk staff were wonderful both at 11:00pm when I arrived and during the day when I interacted with them! I got upgraded to a beach front room. Amazing! The balcony was amazing! I would just book this room next time. Yes the rooms are dated, but they are very clean! My only complaint is that the room needs a new mattress, I could feel every spring in it.

The room had hardwood floors and no rugs. Everything we walked through (wood chips) came into the room with us. It was filthy after the first night. Also, the shower had mold growing on the back of the soap dish. Staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. It's an older facility--it's structure harkens back to 1970s hotels along Florida beaches. Beach access was good.

Room set up was great, I really enjoyed the stay everything was perfect. The only thing I would do differently is ask for a room in the fifth floor.

Nice and simple place. Having the options to access two pools and direct access to the beach was very convenient and enjoyable. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

We stayed here for 1 night prior to our cruise. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The room was clean and smelled great. Breakfast was nice to grab before leaving for cruise terminal and the staff over there was great and helpful.

Had a nice room overlooking beach. We arrived real early and they gave us pool key to use till the room was ready. It was clean and quiet and the pool was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Was perfect and well priced for access to Disney World resorts with buses and cable/sky cars running to the resorts, great pool with slides, convenient kid friendly restaurants.
