Great place clean close to port

Staff at check-in and during breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the suites and had to walk to use the grill (charcoal) that was located in a different building. The rug in our room was stained and dirty. A friend also stayed at the property and had the same rug that was stained. I would remove those. This is an older hotel and shows age. The property is right by the pier. Parking was $10 extra per night, but there was plenty of spots available.

I had the suite with balcony, love the room and location. Only complaint would be breakfast, not that great but would stay again for sure.

Had a few baby birds on balcony, but brought it up to a worker and he instantly took care of it to ensure we could enjoy our time there

The staff are amazing. They are very nice people. My room was beautiful and it had an ocean view. And swimming pool view. Breakfast was good, but wished they had potatoes or hash brown.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, and everything was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was cute room but you are definitely paying for the location because it is right by the beach and pier.. the roo. Although cute was very dated.The AC could definitely use an upgrade.Tge staff was super nice and cery helpful.Overall we did enjoy our stay.

The location is perfect!! It’s right on the beach and right by the Cocoa Beach Pier!! The beach was beautiful and quiet. The beach shops and restaurants were super cute and nice. Our first room was in the old building. It was a small room but it was clean but once we sat down on the bed there was a cockroach that crawled across my daughter. She had a panic attack about it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to upgrade to a suite in the newer building with a private balcony with a view of the beach. The view of the beach was breathtaking. The room was a lot nicer and cleaner and had a bathtub. My daughter was finally able to fall asleep peacefully in there. I would recommend maybe tearing down the original building and just focus on the suites. The heated pools were nice as well as the bar located on the property. Can’t beat the location

Room was great! Clean, ac worked fabulously in the heat! Great view of the water and saw two launches from the balcony, such a bonus! Pool was nice (water was hot, can’t do much about that). Breakfast every morning was perfect, staff super friendly and helpful! Would come back again! Also cool views of the port with the ships coming in and out
