There were things that I could have looked pass over some others. It is an older building but looks like they are trying to renovate. The air conditioner was awesome and the hot water was awesome. But the tub could use a new finish. The refrig needed to be defrosted and the racks were rusted. I have slept in nicer beds and not get a good sleep but it was ok. Also I have a bad back so it was good if I did not hurt. The shower from the beach did not work so we carried a lot of sand to our rooms. The ice machine on our level didn't work and no sign to tell me where one did. The beach access was perfect area.

Nasty dirty awful place

It's close to the beach. It has a kiddie pool The cons: The hotel as a whole could use a complete renovation. The bathroom faucet was broken and the hot/cold were reversed. The kiddie pool had several spots on the slides where paint was chipped and the surface was broken. My son actually cut his foot going down the slide because of these issues. The beds were very uncomfortable and the appliances and lights in the room were VERY rusty. The front desk was hard to reach during my stay. The room didn't have a phone so I didn't have a direct line to the desk for needs such as towels or room service. Instead, I had to call the main line, go through prompts, and hope someone in the front answered. Most of the time it would just loop through the automated message.
