Quality Inn & Suites Coeur d'Alene

Nice cheaper location than in main resort area but close No elevator and guy at check-in wasn’t very nice. Just said we are full to every question about ADA compliance and no elevation. Stairs to all but 10 rooms

The hotel itself was fine. The parking for 'accessibility needs' was terrible. They have 4 parking spots next to the door. Two of which are reserved for Diamond Status and 2 that have a 15 minute limit. We had an individual with mobility issues (crutches). The handicapped parking is down a bit of a hill from the entrance which made it very difficult and painful to walk back up the slope to the door. Very disappointing especiallly since Accessible Rooms pay more. If you have mobility issues, this might not be a good choice.

Lovely facility with great rooms and comfortable beds. Accessible to I-90 for travelers and great food in the neighborhood.

Quality Inn was easy to get to, quick check-in, and despite it not having an elevator, the front desk helped carry our bags up to the second floor. There were cookies and water in the reception area in the evening, and a good selection of breakfast choices in the morning. The only downside to this hotel besides not having an elevator, is the breakfast room is very small and very tight. I would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness and friendlyness. I did not get an evacuees discount and I had to pay for your mistake at double booking me. I ordered one king ,I got two queen rooms and had to pay for the extra. Property blames bookings even tho I had the correct reservation on my phone. I would appreciate some understanding for wildfire evacuees!

nothing! the whole experience sucked! I didn't like that with the booking time well ahead of the stay they could not give us a better room than the basement. It was noisy and there was an individual banging on our door at almost midnight. when we tried to call the front desk the phone in the room didn't work so we used our cell phone. we asked them to find out what was going on which they didn't. they then entered our room without our permission and the do not disturb tag prominently displayed in the appropriate place. they said there was a misunderstanding with housekeeping, which was complete fiction! the overall customer service was horrible, the lazy and indifferent response to any concerns we had was the worst I have seen!! I will be adding this review to every site i can! do not stay here!!

Hotel was dirty, run down and breakfast was awful!! No elevator. Windows hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long, drapes were crunchy old. Crumbs and ick under the table in the room. The bathroom was made for midgets!! You couldn’t grab toilet paper without having to move your knee. I would never recommend this hotel especially for the price.

No USB charging ports in the room, and the AC unit was very noisy. Sounds like the fan is falling off when it shuts down.

Staff was nice but not always available. Roo m was clean bus needs updating. All in all, worth it.

Poor guy at reception when we checked in. No very welcoming. Wifi didn’t work. Glad we were only staying one night.
