Quality Inn & Suites Coeur d'Alene

We booked 2 rooms and upon checking in both smelled strongly of smoke which is weird considering it's a smoke free property. However we asked and were kindly given different rooms, both of which were great. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfy we asked about which brand they were (Serta Pillow tops). Also appreciated the mini fridge and microwave and the abundance of outlets. I like to make my own coffee and was hoping for a tea kettle but there is only a small Kuerig like device in the room. Breakfast was a bit sketchy; not sure if those are real eggs or ?? OJ machine produced some kind of watery liquid?? Otherwise I guess it's pretty standard hotel breakfast food.... All in all I give this place 4 out of 5 stars for comfort, cleanliness, very good shower and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

It was great for an affordable 1 night stay. Didn’t use any of the extra amenities so can’t elaborate more.

This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were nice and super helpful, including giving sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. And the room was clean and neat. A plus was that the shower head was able to adjust the flow of water depending on your preference.

My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again.

Very clean, comfortable. Nice and friendly staff. Free breakfast was really not edible.

The tv remote left a lot to be desired

Staff were very helpful. Our room was so nice and comfortable. I came from out of town for surgery and my husband and little dog stayed with you all until I got out of surgèry.and could go back until I felt we could drive home.

Staff was awesome! Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and open 24/7 for adults. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast, serving scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, coffee and juice.

Parking is a little small but thankfully there was some spots open! Also have to eat at Elmer’s for breakfast! 👍

We liked that we were on the main floor. Didn’t have to go up or down stairs. The room was clean and comfortable The hotel was located behind some other business. The parking was sometimes crowded.

Property was pretty dated & could use an upgrade. Bathroom sink area was really small.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The service was great. The hotel was clean, newly remodeled and comfortable. The pool was clean and good sized. Breakfasts were hot and fresh. Fenced picnic areas out back provided a welcome opportunity to picnic in the warm weather. Overall I'd say simple but pleasant.

The room was clean. The pool water was very clean. Breakfast was good. Being next to the freeway didn't hear the traffic. There is no elevator.
