Room was filthy hair everywhere and dirty floor, tiny beds when we thought we were getting queens. Ppl even living in the hotel they had plants in the windows and house cats. Garbage everywhere. We were supposed to stay 5 nights. We only started 2. We couldn't do it. The towels also got white lint ALL OVER you so couldn't use those. The shower water pressure was terrible and shower is tiny my husband was taller than where the head was....I wish we could get our money back honestly. But, I'm pretty sure they don't care. Never again. Rather camp!

Needs some drastic updating.

Bed was a bit hard. But the room very clean. Great for a quick sleep on a long trip.

Absolutely disgusting place. The room was dirty, the hotel was a mess. There was one room where there were 5 cats in a window. No wifi. Weird smell. Only stayed because it was the only hotel under $200 for one night.

Quiet and easy access room

Amazing, very clean and tidy. Small, but 2 full-beds good for 4 people. Plenty of towels, shower water heated quickly, small/medium sized TV, sheets were very clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I believe I paid a higher price because the fires of Spokane were active. (The hotel was booked). No crazy people around. The pool was clean and inviting. Very quiet place with friendly staff!!

My room was changed even tho I paid for it ahead of time. I was given smoking room. Not happy at all.
-
Close to freeway Stain on bedsheets. Bugs behind bed. Shower was not clean. Shower curtain did not cover so bathroom floor was wet. Owner or worker did not send a house keeper to replace bedsheets. No microwave. Blood stain on pillow sheet and on curtains.

Large room that was comfrtible I was notified by email that the motel had been infected with covid! I didn't read that email until AFTER I checked out! Why weren't the reception staff wearing masks? Nothing was said to me at check in or when I got my coffee in the morning. The email specifically stated to be alert to check in and the coffee station. I just hope that area was properly disinfected. After checking in I did notice 3 people cleaning one room, which did seem odd, but a thought it was training. So now I am isolating in a cabin in the woods hoping I don't have covid! I don't care what peoples' political views are - serious infectious diseases that can cause death should be handled with the utmost care, particularly in the hospitality industry. So even though the room was fine, I am very disappointed in the front desk staff for blowing off this serious virus and being cavalier with my health!

Staff friendly. Bedding looked unclean, cigarette burns on bed covers and blanket. Noisy as near major road

But we will stay again in the future

The staff was super friendly, but when I asked for help with the on site laundry they said no one on property knew how to use it because it did not belong to them. They gave me a phone number that was not helpful. I went down the street to a local laundry place which worked out great, it just would have been nice to do laundry on site. Again staff was very polite.

I think only the fact that they accept late travelers. First of all, we booked this hotel in advance. I did not realize that the room did not include a refrigerator, so I tried contacting the hotel to request one but never received a response. When we arrived after 2:00 a.m., I spoke with the night-shift receptionist and reminded him that we had requested a non-smoking room. However, when we entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. My fiancé is highly allergic to smoke, so this was a serious concern for us. We called the front desk again to request assistance, but the night-shift employee working from July 27 to July 28 was very rude and dismissive. He suggested using an air freshener and then hung up the phone. Since we arrived very late and were already exhausted, we had no choice but to stay for the night. We kept the bathroom ventilation running to help reduce the smell. This was by far one of the worst motel experiences we have had. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone with allergies or sensitivity to cigarette smoke. The staff was not hospitable and did not provide appropriate customer service.
