No one at check in desk when we got there. After that it went well. We asked them for a 4:30 am wake up call. Never happened. Glad we had a back up plan. They had a lame excuse about changing the phone system. For the price…I expected better.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was dated, had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet was damp in spots. I didn't realize until after check-in that it is a pet-friendly hotel. For this reason, there should NOT be carpet in the rooms.

Traveled with family of 4. The room was very clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was good. My teens loved the fitness room and pool with courtyard. We would stay again!

The buffet super!!! Build your own omelet. Where you get that? Love it!

Nice place, close to attractions and food options, clean, beds aren't bad, buffet food was mid but the fresh omelets ate made to order and homie whipping these up is a boss.

We really enjoyed our stay here, clean, staff were great, room nice, quiet. Had supper in restaurant in hotel, very reasonable and good food, great salad bar. Our waitress was great! The next am had fantastic breakfast huge buffet with made to order omelet.

The breakfast everymorning was amazing. One of the best offerings I've seen for a hotel chain. Great location that is accessible to just about everything. I would totally stay again.

Staff was very friendly, particularly those in the breakfast area. Overall the room was nice, clean and quiet. The air conditioning was loud and the room was dark, even with lights on.

This is a nice property. I normally stay away from Best Western Hotels, but this one was great. They had the best breakfast buffet that I have ever seen free in a hotel. They even had an omelet station. The whole place was extremely clean. A little far from downtown, but not too bad. We Ubered around and everyone was friendly.

The staff was tremendous from check in to check out they were so kind, anticipated our needs, and were so genuinely kind and helpful. We cant say enough about our stay!
