Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean.

Check in was moderately easy but the front staff was not friendly at all. The gentleman on duty was very rude to several guests checking in. The woman checking us in was frustrated but tried. When we got to our room, there were only 2 towels and no sheets/pillows/blankets for the pull out sofa. Upon showering and moving a towel across the floor, it came up very dirty. The pool was murky and definitely needed some cleaning around the support beams in near the spa which turned off even though it still had time on the timer. Breakfast was good and the day staff was very friendly for breakfast and checkout.

Great quiet room, very helpful staff. Hotel fully booked true to fire evacuations but everyone remained cordial and kind. Great location. Pull out sofa mattress is terrible but everything else was great!

Breakfast times only until 9am everyone seemed to be there, food was scarce and long lines for waffles not to much selection not worth the hassle.

It definitely could have been better. We love this area. Come here all the time. The location is perfect, it should not ever be this dirty.

Bed very comfortable, but pillows were kind of wimpy. A variety of pillows of different types would have been nice.

Good location and just a short drive to the lake. The beds were comfortable but the rooms were definitely dated in terms of fixtures (bathroom). The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed swimming and breakfast was quick and easy.

We can't shower because the shower head is broken and nobody is around to fix it and the sink is so clogged it doesn't drain. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she said nothing can be done until I spoke with mgmt which is tomorrow after we don't need the amenities and the room smells like cigarette smoke. Hope to get a discount or something

Charged 20 usd for a crappy blow up mattress made me mad when we paid 360.00 for a room. They are super cheap. Breakfast was good though.

The handicap amenities in the room were perfect, with the exception of the 2 seperate towel racks being broken. And the refrigerator being off tilt. It may sound like im complaining. But im being completely honest. Id still stay here again. The staff and location is perfect.

The pet friendly room had a frayed couch and carpet, and was generally in the older side.
