The hotel was conveniently located and very nice, with a comfortable bed and a quiet room. The desk staff recommended a good restaurant that we could walk to.
-
It was very clean, comfortable, and safe. Right off the highway and easy to find. All in all a good experience.

The staff were extremely helpful. Nice place to stay.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was friendly and the property was well maintained. The location was was nice and near a grocery store.
-
Good facilities. Pleasant room. Staff was helpful. Breakfast room was very crowded and unfortunately not much available when we went. The staff was apologetic.

Breakfast was good. There were a lot of options. The room was clean and spacious. The couch was a nice addition. The bed was more comfortable than other places I have stayed. I liked the down pillows. The price was expensive. I understand that better service is more expensive, but $200 a night is expensive. I did not like how pets were allowed. Someone had a noisy dog that woke me up, but I was impressed that I did not find any pet hair in my room.

I was very happy that they put us on the fourth floor, the no- pet floor and that we had a large clean spacious room with a very comfortable bed. I was so looking forward to swimming in the pool after a long day of driving, but it was way too cold. Even the kids that came to use it did not go in very much. Also the surrounding area was really rough - the old restaurant beside the building should just be torn down. It’s such an eyesore and not very inviting when you drive up to the property.

It's a great hotel. My only complaint is the noise levels, it's not very sound proofed so hard to sleep.

From check-in to check-out, everything was top notch.

We did have an uncomfortable situation happen in the pool area in the evening. A guest that was (likely) intoxicated was pacing the halls and he kept coming in and out of the pool area and more or less trying to pick a fight - rude, accusing us of saying things we weren’t, and posturing at myself and two friends while we were enjoying the hot tub. He wasn’t intending on using the pool facilities as he had jeans, sweatshirt, boots and a splinted finger, but he would still continue to come back in every 20-30 min to try to be confrontational with us. We tried to be nice and disengage but he just continued to come back with each encounter getting more aggressive (possibly more intoxicated). It ultimately got to the point we no longer felt safe or comfortable and chose to go to our room. On the way to our room we passed the front desk staff and let her know what happened, I was very surprised when she ‘nicely’ dismissed our report/concerns and said “He was a really nice guy that had fallen on some hard times”, which I was not sure why that would be relevant in this situation. Safety should be a top concern for staff and it wasn’t.

Very clean and well maintained.

The breakfast could have been better. We didn’t eat there because the selection was poor

The bed was comfortable and the room was large. The air conditioning was set way too cold in the halls and in the room. Also, check in took a long time.

We like the ample parking, the spacious room (king bed) and availability of amenities although we didn't use them. The guest check in was very slow but the person was very nice and had to handle the front desk and deliver things to rooms as well. The room impression: smelled like smoke, bathroom could've been cleaner (light switch was nasty), hairs on floor and tub and there must've been ceiling repairs that got wiped onto the walls. However, they provided clean towels, toiletries, linens, comfortable bed and black out curtains. Everything worked as needed: fridge, micro, a/c fan, remote for t.v., clock, etc. We didn't test the coffee pot. The furniture looked in good condition. My husband said the breakfast was a typical continental spread with scrambled powdered eggs offered and such. And the coffee was very good! We paid >$500 for 2 nights.
