The room it self has room, the washroom was clean and the staff were very kind. Unfortunately there was a lot of small ants on desk, floor and even bed that made my kids freak out.

The place was clean in general. Room bathroom were clean but the room had a very strong stinky odor that never went. We kept the window open as much as possible but nothing helped. The smell was the biggest issue.

the location was perfect for my travels but the carpet in the room was horrible -- lots of stains. I Neve took my shoes off and there was black mole in the shower.. floor was sticky.. I was glad only had to stay for 1 night. The best part of the stay with the breakfast. they did a great job with breakfast.

Breakfast was good, a nice selection, great hours 7am to 10 am!! The rooms were very clean, something that's extremely important to many people who travel. The staff made it work for me even when I had booking issues, very happy customer. It was not cheap... Kinda expected.

The hotel was great. Trying to get a direct number to the hotel was awful. Our schedule was constantly changing and I wanted to call the hotel to let them know about our late check in. Nothing in my emails had their number. When I called Engine there was confusion around the correct trip number and they couldn't find the reservation. My problem was more with Engine then the hotel. This happened a few times over the course of the weekend.

Breakfast was excellent -- well stocked and every type of breakfast option imaginable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to the area.
