Addicts lingering in the parking lot.

no breakfast!! ..no working ice machine!!!...but dud have a great Simmons Mattress... But for slightly over $200/Night, at least they should make an effort to have some form of breakfast available, and a darn working ice machine!!! See above ..

Very friendly staff. I had no problems.

Nothing staff was rude and the maid stole my jewelry Maids steal and staff are disrespectful

I did not have breakfast or coffee. My room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The balcony view was appealing from the third floor. The two staff members I met were friendly and helpful. The ice machine was inoperative and there appeared to be only one for the entire property. My room on the third floor had numerous nicks and scrapes on the walls. There was one framed picture above the headboard. Although the room was clean, there was no carpeting and the laminated wood flooring seemed cold and sticky. The parking lot was filled with large containers.

Older facility, but well maintained and clean.

Close to surgical building. Clean. Breakfast was decent. No vending machine with snacks.

The location across from the college. The room had a balcony. The price was great. The staff were very friendly. Everywhere else was a lot more. It was noisy outside at night, I woke up around 1 am and didn’t get back to sleep til 2:30 am. We didn’t use the dresser drawers or the bedside table as there were black stains in them when we pulled them out. The beds were ok, but the pillows were lumpy. The towels were hard & thin. I didn’t use the pool as I was worried about going there alone in the evening…(sketchy persons were seen in the foyer & elevator as we registered)

Property is very run down. Patched, unpainted hotel room walls etc. Breakfast buffet also not maintained well. Garbage can was overflowing right near the coffee area.
-
staff, price, location near airport . staff very good and worked hard to make us feel valued sketchy unhoused population outside the parking lot guard rails. didn't have any problems but grateful to have a parking spot near the door. room too warm even with the controls off and fall weather.

The first bad impression was the entrance to the hotel, it was dirty. Room was somewhat clean, no coffee maker, and no drinking water. Not worth for over 200 dollars. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. The breakfast had all the standard elements and was appreciated. The property is not for the homeless, as other people said in reviews. There do appear to be people staying there long-term but most affordable hotels have the same. And I appreciate the hotel accommodating those who cannot secure stable housing. The location didn’t seem the best

The front desk worker was very friendly The guests were loud to midnight, I slept next to the elevator, my smoke alarm battery was dying at 3 am and the alarm was going off every 20 sec, and the shower floor was broken.

Nothing EVERYTHING ! It was filthy, smelled horrific and felt utterly unsafe. STAY AWAY

Breakfast good Bed clean None
-
Comfortable bed, room was clean. Breakfast was good Slightly weird layout of room but was ok. A bit of noise at night, kids running around. Room cost was a little high considering the hotel was pretty old and needed some repairs

We arrived at this location and quickly realized it was housing the homeless. This was not a comfortable situation for us. We asked to cancel our reservation and received a full refund. It should disclosed on the hotels website so that people are aware of the situation before they book a room at this location.

Some people just wondering around outside Had a grill, folding chairs, old bikes (back by edge of property- just strange.

Check-in went smoothly and the front desk guy was nice. When asked if the place was safe - he said that the cameras work. That was his answer. The entire place seemed to be very dirty and unclean. Wouldnt stay again for the price.
