When we arrived, the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana. Our first set of room keys didn't work, so we had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed before we could even enter our room. Once inside, we discovered that we had been given a room with one king bed, even though our reservation was for two double beds to accommodate three adults. As we were leaving the room to notify the front desk about the incorrect room assignment, we saw a cockroach scurry across the floor. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying there. Between the strong marijuana odor, being given the wrong room type, and seeing a cockroach almost immediately after entering the room, we left without spending enough time there to comment on anything else about the room. We simply wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We immediately requested a refund, but the hotel manager refused, stating that reservations had to be changed 48 hours in advance, despite the incorrect room assignment and the condition of the hotel. The only concession offered was reducing our stay to one night. Thankfully, Expedia reviewed the situation and ultimately refunded our reservation in full. We appreciate Expedia's customer service, but we would not recommend staying at this hotel. The only positive note was that the girl at the front desk was very kind, and wanted to help us, though her manager wouldn't allow her to do anything to help.

I told the lady at the front desk about the problem with the safe, but it never got repaired during my stay. It was a place to lay down and sleep, but that’s about it.

Good standard

The room was clean but the overall condition is certainly dated. The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

The location was good, lady at front desk was very nice The whole inside smelled like body odor, mildew. The walls and windows were dirty. The room was sticky and the curtains wouldn't open. The dust in the room was thick. I didnt even stay the room felt so dirty. The inside of the door was sticky and you could tell something had been spilt and not cleaned.

The building is run down. Construction on exit 16 meant road was a mess. Room key was difficult to use. No basket on the coffee machine in room. Staff was cheerful and helpful

Poor security. You could walk right in and go right up the elevator without anyone seeing you. Front desk did not have any quarters for the laundry machines. Most people do not have coins anymore. I had cash but not quarters. Getting on to the internet was cumbersome and lengthy. Poor / limited choices on TV. The windows are disgusting. They all need to be cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and a wonderful manager that went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The whole place is dated. This must have been one of the hotels used for homeless during Covid. I checked out Motel 6 next door, it was just as dated. The staff was great. Sink is in corner and you have to turn head to look un mirror- shaving. Florescent light flickered in bathroom. Show curtain to long, kept stepping on it. Housekeeping left coffee cup on counter and coffee pack in machine. Tv remote worked only if close to TV. You tube channels and netflux by subscription - lousey. Ac unit did not adjust prpoerly. Woke up with heat blasting. Turn off. Chairs in dinning room stained- use dark fabrics next time. Parking lot was full of debris, leaves, dirt. I am available to inspect your hotels if you need help.with this. You need to step it up a bit and that means money, effort.and training.

Did not stay for breakfast cause I wanted to get out go through the front door you walk through where people have been smoking and smell cigarette smoke The place seems really rundown patched up to start off my room. My main door had huge gaps all around the bottom on the side in the bathroom. The shower rod was ready to fall out off the walls. You see what they try to patch it the bathtub they started patching the cracks in the bathtub, and that was lifting in the tub was very slippery than the bed. The top comforter had burn marks from a cigarette. Just a very disappointed the amount of money I spent for this place for one night it was embarrassing.

The hotel was disgusting with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. The parking was decent. The exterior was ok. The room was freezing and there is no control of the temperature. The front desk offered no solutions. Accept telling me to deal with it. That its controlled by the outside. There was then the credit card scam. After charging one of my cards, they then insisted that I present them another card.Because it was a pending charge. If I had to choose, I would have rather slept in my car.
