Great location. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

The bathroom was dirty. The toilet didn’t flush and the tv didn’t work
-
I didn’t try the breakfast or the pool, but I did see someone cleaning the pool in the morning and it looked well maintained

When we checked in there was no toilet paper and only 2 towels in bathroom (4 people styayed in room) housekeeping never came to do anything not even take out the trash. Then when I checked out I got charged for an extra adult supposedly when it was only 4 the whole stay. But yet we only had two double beds and every time I went to front desk I asked for towels, wash cloths for 4. I won't go there again.

I didn't like staff or the manager she lies and double charged my card stole over $400.00 off my credit card and still has NOT GIVEN ME MY PAYMENT BACK! IM STILL MISSING ALMOST $200.00 FROM WHEN THE LADY Charged MY CARD WITHOUT ASKING ME I GOT CHARGED 2 TIMES AFTER I PAID ONLINE FOR MY BOOKING ON TOP OF THE COVERING FEES I PAID EXTRA FOR. SHE ALSO STILL HASNT given me my money back along with the $25 that the gentleman charged me for the night before. They morning shift was swearing at me and called my man the N word because he's black as well called me a junkie white girl.

When we arrived, the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana. Our first set of room keys didn't work, so we had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed before we could even enter our room. Once inside, we discovered that we had been given a room with one king bed, even though our reservation was for two double beds to accommodate three adults. As we were leaving the room to notify the front desk about the incorrect room assignment, we saw a cockroach scurry across the floor. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying there. Between the strong marijuana odor, being given the wrong room type, and seeing a cockroach almost immediately after entering the room, we left without spending enough time there to comment on anything else about the room. We simply wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We immediately requested a refund, but the hotel manager refused, stating that reservations had to be changed 48 hours in advance, despite the incorrect room assignment and the condition of the hotel. The only concession offered was reducing our stay to one night. Thankfully, Expedia reviewed the situation and ultimately refunded our reservation in full. We appreciate Expedia's customer service, but we would not recommend staying at this hotel. The only positive note was that the girl at the front desk was very kind, and wanted to help us, though her manager wouldn't allow her to do anything to help.

Mediocre breakfast offering

The hotel was doing renovations. My hotel room door was warped. You needed to shove the door open and yank the door closed. You could hear that with surrounding doors.

Bathtub was delaminated, had roaches and water pressure in shower was poor. Would not recommend staying here.

All the staff was friendly. rooms were clean. beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good size. Breakfast was excellent.

I told the lady at the front desk about the problem with the safe, but it never got repaired during my stay. It was a place to lay down and sleep, but that’s about it.
