The bed was uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep. The elevator was sounded like it was going to break. Dog poop every where. We had to leave early and get another hotel room somewhere else. It’s the absolute worst place ever and I’m going to have to report it unless I can get accommodation for my expenses. At least for the cost of the hotel room staying there

2 nights in a clean room and beds were good. Staff: of 3 people were 1 person very friendly. parking was good.

The staff was friendly, the AC worked well, and parking was plentiful. But those were the only positives. The first thing I noticed after checking in was the smell in the hallways. It was so awful, it was hard to breathe. The hallways aren't climate controlled, so the heat and humidity magnify the smell. The pet friendly policy seemed like a sweet idea until I watched someone let their leashed dog pee in the middle of the hallway. Someone else's dog barked for hours while we were trying to sleep. The property is poorly maintained and there were a lot of shoddy repairs. The bathroom door didn't fit the frame, so it wouldn't close. In the bathroom, you can see the spray foam used to keep mice out...but I didn't see any mice, so I suppose it's working. When you flush the toilet, it sounds like a rocket ship taking off. The bed reminded us of an old folding Army cot, and it only had two thin pillows and a very thin blanket. I am generally not picky and don't have super high standards, but I would not stay here again.

Clean room, the staff was very helpful and friendly, ample parking..

We are hot shot drivers. Talked to the manager about parking and she walked the property to make sure out truck and trailer had a place to be parked. We also travel with our dogs and they had plenty of places to use the bathroom outside, safe and shaded. Clean, reasonable price..

Clean room and good shower. We were near the lobby and heard loud conversations into the evening. Always bring earplugs.

Was not happy when upon arrival that the price listed online was $40 more than being offered at the hotel. I was compensated for that amount. The property offered online a pool, but it had been closed down for years. In the parking lot was several cars torn apart with trash around them, also people living in their cars that we surprised on our way to our car in the morning, did not feel like a safe environment. During the night people were screaming and banging on the walls, also heard what sounded like a gun shoot. And this is not in a huge city in Vermont, so we was surprised by this. The actual room was not bad, mostly clean. Sheets appeared to be clean. Shower had awesome pressure and plenty of hot water. No breakfast in the morning, just coffee. Halls had stained carpets, and definitely smelled bad.

Very clean and felt secure. Staff was helping and check in was fast. I was able to park on site. Near a mc Donald and a burger king. Not far from highway I 89.

2nd time staying here. Convenient location right off interstate I89. Dog friendly. There are plenty of dogs. I don’t have any pets so it’s a little hard getting used to the barking. Lol

There is a common microwave on the first floor Too much noise and people in and out of there rooms all night long. Lots of people just hanging outside smoking. Your pretty much staying in an expensive shoe box sized room.
-
Pool was closed. Outside many homeless people (they did not bother anyone) but as a single female traveler it wasn’t the most comfortable at night. Rooms clean.

I never stayed there my reservation was mysteriously canceled and when I went to check in it wasn't there and I was still charged the $247.49. I have receipts and the confirmation that everything was set. Booking.com is supposedly looking into this situation I haven't heard anything back yet. I've reached out on messenger I've called I've submitted a online dispute and I haven't heard anything back yet so the whole endeavor was terrible!

Comfortable, modern and fairly clean. All employees were friendly and helpful. Felt safe and parking was good. Had ice when needed. Did not use food or drink machine, but they were apparently in working order. Lighting was good. Could have been cleaner. Could have been fewer dogs barking. Apparently there are many people that live there with pets. TV was in an odd place. A few more plug-ins would have been nice. Our room 108 had a tight door and was hard to open.

Nothing fancy, but for a less expensive hotel, it serves it's purpose very well and is reliable.
