The room had everything needed for the week. The pool was clean. Breakfast was a large buffet with many hot and cold options.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't say the same for the breakfast buffet lady. I asked if there were anymore French Vanilla creamers and she said what was there was there and didn't appear to want to be bothered. But, breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. The room was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. However, the hotel walls are quite thin and you can hear everything in the hallways and the rooms next door. We had elephants above us stomping around for a good hour almost every night---we did not complain to hotel management because it usually stopped right before bedtime. I was somewhat disappointed in the fitness room as there was only one 8 lb weight and I was hoping for more variety in equipment. There was certainly room in the facility to put a fitness machine for pull downs, etc. The pool was freezing even though it was heated and a adequate enough size to do laps in. We liked the location of the hotel, close to highways, shopping, Burlington, and the Lake Champlain rail trail.

Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Great selections for the breakfast as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious ideal for our family. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially with our young daughter. The hotels.com description is not entirely accurate though - there is no restaurant no premises, they just serve a buffet breakfast. The outdoor area looks quite different from the photo, which seems likes it was AI edited.

We were in the 4th floor and I didn’t see any other floors. My only negative observation was the carpet in the elevators and hallway of the 4th floor were pretty nasty. I didn’t go out without shoes. Otherwise a good stay.

In addition, the breakfast lacked a verity of vegetables (such as cucombers, tomatos, etc.).

Overall a great place to spend vacation at. Great location.

Very nice accommodations. The room was very comfortable and the kitchen was a nice treat. Quiet room and comfortable bed. The pool was nice size and enjoyable. Breakfast was underwhelming, the hot options were ok and not warm, coffee was empty. However, there were other basic options.

It was a great place to stay for a family wedding. The double rooms with a kitchen in between were great although I appreciated being able to use my points to help pay for it!

King suite was nice. Bed was great- nice linens. Breakfast ends early during the week0900. Would be nice if it went to 9:30 at least. Pool was small and I didn’t use it due to kids. Breakfast was good. Chobani yogurt and other good choices.
