Pool is "interesting" with huge window wall to restaurant over looking it. Bar is not regularly restocked, in room or lounge. Other then that, it's nice, clean, cute. Best feature is it's location!

MY FAVORITE HOTEL EVER!!! The staff was so helpful and amazing!!!! They truly made our stay the best we’ve ever had in any hotel! Super clean, amazing aesthetic/atmosphere, unique amenities, the best staff, and everything you need in walking distance. Highly Recommend!!!

Found a small roach in my bed. Staff remedied the situation promptly and moved me to another room. However, in the second room the toilet had brown water stains, and the bathroom door would not shut.

Room was clean enough but the lobby and bar seemed quite dirty. Elevators were hot and sketchy.

Overall 10/10 on our stay.

Really great hotel and location for the A&M campus. Coll litlle shopping eating and entertainment walkable. My only problem was when we valet the truck we specifically asked if we could get vehicle at 6 am as had golf tournament tee time. He said yes no problem. Then on check in front desk notified water would be off from 10:00pm and 5:00am. Wake up 5:30 to shower. No water. Ok still no water by time left room at 6:00. Then no valet front desk said normally arrive between 6:30 and 7:00. We got our truck at 6:40 which put a squeeze on warm up. Front desk knew i wss frustrated with valet and water situation. I know not her fault but she did say would apply some credit. Just recievied the folio by email and no credit was applied.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The property was clean but my room was did have food crumbs and gum stuck on side of the bed. I picked a city view, however I received a view of the dumpsters.

Location is great for grabbing a lunch or dinner. Lift is slow and not

Wonderful location and beautiful lobby and rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.

Just ok. Nice quality of building. Not as clean or convenient as we like. Needs more attention to detail. Not the loudest hotel we’ve stayed at, but nearby room found somethings extremely hilarious in the middle of the night.

Never going back again

The water was not working throughout the entire hotel. The TV remote did not work and we changed hotel rooms twice due to A/C not working and bad smells.

Great hotel, I've stayed there before with no complaints. This time, however, they did have an issue. The hot water was out and they didn't inform us at check-in, whether that was a miscommunication between engineering and the front desk or not I'm not sure. That being said, when I discovered it that night the staff was extremely apologetic and very accommodating. They discounted my bill, offered to move me to their sister property literally on the other side of the parking lot, and gave me a voucher for breakfast. They more than made up for any inconvenience I may have had. Mistakes happen, it's all in how it's handled. I could not have asked for better treatment. Excellent property, great location, wonderful staff.

In town passing through. Great place to stay. We walked around the area and A&M. It was super convenient to campus. Very nice place.

Great property and location.

Only had one bartender on a Saturday afternoon knowing there were 2 wedding parties there. Didn’t get in long slow line so went across to Juanita’s.

When we brought the bugs to the attention of the front desk, we were moved to another room, and our two-day stay was comped. However, the customer service delivered by the managers on duty was less than stellar. They played it off like it was an everyday thing. While they did offer to put our things in the dryer, to "kill the bugs," it didn't seem like there was any sense of urgency to solve the problem in the room. We were told that someone from upper management would contact us on 6/11. We never received a phone call. After a couple of days at home, watching her skin blister up, my wife posted to social media, and we finally got a response from the Director of Operations. They sent an apologetic email, and gave us a call to apologize for the poor experience. It was a nice looking hotel, but the next time we travel to College Station, we will choose someplace else to stay.

Amazing property! Stylish and pleasant on the eye right in the middle of some awesome shopping spots and a movie theatre. Would stay here again

The lobby decor was awesome We parked in the parking garage next door and the staff personnel gave me a note to hang in the car so I can leave it overnight but only when I asked The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable, the noise from the surrounding rooms were very loud and unpleasant especially the room upstairs we could hear the steps well into the night … the pool was very small( we didn’t have a spot to sit )maybe 10 loungers available and they were all taken and in an awkward spot the restaurants around it see you swimming while they’re eating … not the best considering how nice the rest of the hotel is
