Only stayed for 1 night. The front desk was nice at check in but lobby was closes when I went to check out at 7:30am, no note, no breakfast (not that I planned to stay for breakfast but it was advertised in the booking) . Everyone who left before me, had left their key cards on the window ledge. The room smelled musty, there was obvious signs of water damage on the ceiling. Didn’t sleep well. If I were traveling there again, I would not stay at this hotel.

Cheap to spend the night I was not expecting much but I will pay more next time

Hotel needs a make over, I mean a real make over, rooms smell bad, sofa bed had stains.

I found a bedbug in my bed There is mold everywhere and I had a bedbug and got called a liar and did not want to refund my money

I liked the clean, COOL room when we arrived. The sheets were very nice, the pillows were wonderful - different firmness. The water pressure was great and the water tasted fine. We had everything we needed for 2 nights stay.

Nothing I didn’t like the fact that staff gonna argue with me about my check-out date. Then was sending people to tell me it was time for me to check-out and I had and day to stay there.

Expensive place, basic service, old building, more of a Motel instead of hotel. Good bed!!

Great location, and reasonable! Everything was ok

It was clean the tv is old not too many Chanel but it was good to stay

The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and had visible roaches. The condition of the room was unacceptable and raised serious cleanliness concerns. We reported the issue immediately, but no adequate solution was provided. Instead of addressing the problem, staff handed us a can of Raid. The room was not fit for guests, and we ultimately chose to leave and stay at another hotel.

I paid over $200 per night and expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below those expectations. The television was so small that it was difficult to watch from the bed, and the towels were unusually thin and undersized. The room itself was in poor condition. The air conditioning could not be properly controlled from the room, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. On top of that, the unit was extremely noisy. The constant sound made it difficult to relax, sleep, or even hear the television. There was also a strong unpleasant odor throughout the room. To make matters worse, I encountered cockroaches crawling on our open suitcase and on the bathroom countertop. Seeing insects in both the sleeping and bathroom areas was disturbing and completely unacceptable. Cleanliness was another major concern. The bathroom appeared inadequately cleaned, and the toilet had visible residue upon arrival. Even the basic amenities felt substandard, including a tiny bar of soap. No hotel is perfect, but cleanliness, comfort, and basic maintenance are reasonable expectations. For the price charged, this property provided very poor value and was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

The room was clean and nice

everything was horrible everything

I’m not sure they offered breakfast; did not ask. From the website photos I was not expecting the facility to be an older motel. While the room was clean, the first day there were no wash clothes to bathe, no trash cans but both were provided later. The bed was never made during my stay but bathroom supplies were refreshed each day. Air conditioner kept the room pleasantly cool but was very loud when it cycled on making sleep difficult. The room was dimly lit.

When we got to the hotel no one was there. We tried calling but all we got was this voicemail is full. We tried calling from May 5 to May 7 full. We had to stay with other people because we could not get in touch with Knights Inn. They charge me for a room that we never used $95.45. Hotel.com was no help. Today we finally we got a person name Sheila at the Knights Inn in College Station. Sheila was a very rude person. I would never recommend Knights Inn or Hotel.com to anyone customer service at both places is the worst.

Parking was easy, no issues checking in. The unit could’ve been cleaner but other than that everything was great
-
Only one towel and food was left
-
The location was good and the employees were friendly 2 different door keys wouldn’t work. They finally moved us to a different room and this one had an issue with the first key as well.
-
Air conditioning extremely loud and with humidity smell
